The location is perfect!

What I don't like about it is that...when I checked out. I wanted to ask for the invoice. There was no one but only the clean lady. She was nice, she told me to contact by email to leave my company info. I sent 3 more emails and contact the receptionist by WhatsApp. I tried to leave a message and call but no replies I don't understand because there should be feedback at least. And We need to solve this otherwise I can only ask for help from booking!!!!!

This place has a character, nothing is perfect but everything is clean and in working order... this is a mix of old school, retro, industrial look and feel which is not bad by any means. I loved my 5 days stay as it was something different and cool. Also the housekeeper is very kind and lovely.

The place is nicely designed with vintage furnitures. It is like a big flat that splits into rooms for the different guests, each room is small and has its own toilets. There is a shared area where you have a kitchen for the breakfast and a balcony. The breakfast products are in the kitchen and you prepare it for yourself in the morning, you have a nice variety and it's actually nice to feel a bit at home by do it yourself.

We did not know that the house is how it is - a few rooms that in each leaves another person/ couple. Was a bit shocking at the beginning and it felt a bit like a hostel. Room is very small. Be aware that you might hear the other guests - We waked up in the middle of the night because of the the other guests arrived/left at that time and made quite a noise..

It is a beautiful place, the lady who did the rooms was very helpful and really nice. The room was nice, clean, and there were lots of little details that surpassed the expectations.

I was not able to contact the owner (Cristina, who I never met) until just a couple of days before my stay. This might be fine for most people, but I am very organized and I like to plan times, things I can do, etc well in advance. On check out, I tried to communicate to Cristina with no answer at all, I just had to leave and haven't heard from her since. I hope this means it is all ok!

Location was very central near to sightseeing spots and some cute cafes to have brunch. Housekeeping were amazing and very friendly. Water provided daily which was great when you returned later and needed rehydrating. Fresh goods in fridge along with orange juice/ milk and then a section with biscuits/muffins/cereal/fresh fruit. There was a great selection of large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion so didn’t need to bring any of these products with us. We personally loved the decor and the tiling. It was clean and fresh.

As previously mentioned in comments, a little confused finding the property. We saw the sign outside and rang the bell but weren’t aware to head up to the first floor and ring this bell to gain access. Did wander all the way up the stairs before the builder helped us out. There is building work in the main area which did initially put us off, but actually didn’t impact on us. Noise from next door until late which can’t be helped, useful little ear plugs provided.

Best accommodations ever. I would recommend it to all my friends if they will go to Barcelona. Everything is clean and tidy and I LOVE the breakfast!!!!

It was a very comfortable stay, I felt like at home. We had a big beautiful room with air conditioner and own bathroom. I really liked the shared area with the small kitchen and a terrace. It was such a pleasure to spend time there in the evenings. Location is perfect, walking distance to main Barcelona attractions. The staff is very friendly and communication was pleasant and easy. I enjoyed!

One minor thing is that the bathroom and shower cabin were a bit small, it was not very convenient for my pregnant friend. But still it was ok for us. And would be good to have more shelves or areas where guests could put their belongings and cosmetics in the bathroom.

the design of the rooms are really nice and we liked the old tiles. the location is very good.

the fact that there’s no staff was weird. the breakfast was not as expected, and was the same everyday. didn’t like that we had to boil our eggs ourselves for example, and no one is there to serve or take the dishes away, it’s kind of self serving, we didn’t know this as it is not mentioned in the description, that’s why it was not very pleasant to us. the pastry and cake were good though. and had to ask them a few times to clean our room.

Very good location in a quiet and fancy neighborhood. It felt more like home than a hotel. The owner was very welcoming. Nice to be able to take breakfast and snacks available all day. Very close to all the good restaurants etc. Would definitely return another time.

The only downside was that it could potential be noisy from other guests, however they were very considerate the guests when we where there. Also didn’t realize until we got there that although the bathroom was private, it was outside our room door.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a bit difficult to find as there's no clear indicator on the door of the building but as soon as we entered everything went perfectly! We were greeted by a very friendly person who was very helpful with all kinds of suggestions and recommendations. Breakfast was good, room was very clean, there's AC everywhere and you can turn it on/off in your room. It can get a bit noisy when people are partying in the street.... that's just Barcelona. We could walk very easily to many places. All in all, excellent!

If I had to find something, I'd say put a bigger sign at the entrance of the building so it's easier to find you.
