Loved the very comfy bed, very clean room & great location. Excellent bakery downstairs which we ate at quite a few times! Receptionists were very helpful & obliging to book a taxi on our departure. Would definitely recommend staying here.

One minor issue was our lift swipe cards. They sometimes didn’t work or you had to have three of four attempts before it worked. It was more just the waiting time at reception while they were busy with other guests. Though they were always very helpful to reset the card.

I like the bakery (it would be nice if there was a discount for hotel guests), everything is really yummy The room was very basic but nice Comfy bed Nice location, close to very nice restaurants and metro station Nice cosmetics

It’s loud - you can hear all the noises from rooms nearby plus my room was just next to the room of cleaning ladies so they were waking me up every morning No electric kettle and mineral water in the room

Room was clean and tidy and located very close to town. Everything was is walking distance and the staff were very helpful. Bonus: the bakery was delicious!

Excellent location. The room is clean and tidy with comfartable beds. Conditioner worked properly that saved us from the heat in August (above 30 degrees Celsius). At this the room is quite small and there are no additional hooks or chairs to hang/put things. Taking into account the price these could have been been arranged. The manager at the reception desk is so kind and very helpful, thank you! The bakery downstairs is perfect. Breakfasts are good and hearty.

Absense of more hooks and chair(s) in the room. Water was pouring out of the shower sometimes although it was not a big problem.

Nothing to complain.

1-The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and very nice. The bakery downstairs was a good bakery and you didn’t need to go anywhere else. So you could enjoy the environment and ambiance. 2-The hotel had an ‘Internet’ place you could do your office work or study or do any other work in peace and silence.

1-The soap and shampoo were very nice and good quality,but seemed to be very much oily. You always felt your hands and body were oily. 2- The bed had two mattresses and there was a gap in between. So not good for couples! 3- the shower door didn’t have a good grip and the water came out of the bathroom.

We loved the location, just far enough from the crowds but still close to the heart of city and super close to transport, including the subway. We also loved being on top of the bakery (the smell was amazing!) and the breakfasts were exceptional. Lots of choices all beautifully fresh and super value for money. The design of the room was great and whilst it was small, it made efficient use of space. The tiles in the bathrooms are beautiful and the design of the robe area was very clever. Nice touch to have hand cream available as well as shampoo and conditioner. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room, or at least the ability to make our own tea and coffee in the dining area downstairs (outside of breakfast hours). Thankfully the staff were happy to provide a kettle when we asked, which was great.

We made a last-minute booking for a single night. The price was very reasonable given the location (just off Passeig de Gràcia) and all members of staff were super friendly and co-operative. Room and bed were both comfortable and clean, with a big shower. The bakery downstairs is also a great place to sit and work (though it is not exactly quiet) and the baked goods themselves were all delicious.

My one complaint is that there was no tea/coffee service included. I have nothing to fault otherwise!

The hotel was situated above the most delightful bakery. The rooms were small, but expected given the photos. Despite being downtown the rooms were actually very quiet and the AC cooled the room to a comfortable temperature compared to other hotels we stayed at in Barcelona. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were nice. The shower was also very nice and spacious. This hotel is in a wonderful location in the city and close to train / metro stations. This exceeded our expectations and I would book again in a heartbeat.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger with more places to store goods.
