the elevator beep is really annoying also, the wifi isn’t just a onetime password, every 2 hours you need to insert the user and password like we in the early 2000 unnecessarily indeed.

The neighborhood is ok but people leave their trash on the street. Rats everywhere if you walk around outside.

The price was pretty god! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Location is pretty good, and the room was super big. Amazing hotel, with a great pool which felt great after a long day spent with traveling. We only spent one night here but it was amazing. The bed was really really comfy. The hotel's restaurant itself was not opened, but we could order food for the room, it had great prices, and delicious tastes.

The floor and the kitchen was not the cleanest, it looked like the cleaning staff have not been there for a good while. It was minor issue, but we expected a little bit higher cleanliness from a four star hotel.

Very nice welcome, professional staff. Location was great for us, close Sathon road with all the embassies, 7/11 just 2 minutes walk. The bed was the incredibly comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

We booked a suite with kitchenette, so there was a kitchen with a small stove and microwave, all good, but there was absolutely no kitchenware, not a single pot or pan, which was ok, worse is, there is not a plate or a bowl for your take out. So why advertise kitchenette, when there is no way to use it?

I took a suite , it's spacious. AC worked so well, room and sitting room are really spacious. Kitchen is great too. Bathroom got both shower and bathtub, nice. The room is cleaned up neatly every day. The design of the bathroom is wonderful, could be accessed from both sides.

It's a 15 mins walk from BTS, don't know why others said it's a 3 mins walk. Maybe they flew! Sound proof is bit weak, could hear neighbors opened and shut the doors. At night, the traffic from main road made the apartment shook like bit earthquake. The light is really too dim.

We stayed at 608 Tower B -staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We arrived very early from the train station and they let us check in as soon as housekeeping was done and the baby bed was set up -big comfy bed and pillows -it was spotless and with daily house keeping -it was super spacious, really felt at ease during our stay -lots of food options nearby, convenience store around the corner We had a really relaxed stay and would definitely stay here again next time we're in Bangkok.

-its a bit of a walk to get to the BTS and metro or the shopping malls (I don't mind walking but in the heat of the August sun and the evening rains, it wasn't so leisurely) -its a bit dated but not really an issue for me, because everything was well maintained

The check in process was quick and easy. Some language barriers but mostly understood. No breakfast and meals at hotel. Location is a 15 minute walk from the main Silom Rd and public transportation such as the MRT and BTS. A fast walker like me would not be a problem but the heat could slow you down though. The main Silom Rd offered various restaurants and on nearby Convent Rd, newly opened Fooodland (supermarket and cafe) on Silom Rd, Central Silom mall.

An overall needed fresh new look from the late 80’s and 90’s local Interior style and bathroom into this 21st century. Other than that everything seemed to work properly.

The place's location was just perfect: there was Silom Road right next to us with its shopping malls, Skytrain and 7Eleven right in the next building. Some places to eat and salons are also nearby. 👌 The apartment was smartly planned and had almost all the necessary things.

Well, there are few points to improve: 1) Housekeeping should try to remember how early people are to wake up. We, for example, almost always started day very late, so it was quite weird to send them away many times during the day. 2) There was no hair dryer. Or at least I didn't manage to find it. 3) The light in the rooms is too dimmed. 4) More drinking complimentary water would be good.

- one-bedroom suits are cheaper most of the times than standard rooms; - a lot of square meters (a bedroom, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom and a kitchenette) - very good location with so many cafe and restaurants around and metro is near too with underground one and BTS - bathroom with a bath and so great lighting, it was the most favorite part of the room - they have a washing machines on the basement which can be used for free! - the staff is amazing!! from the reception to the cleaner guys!

it seems to be a little bit old but for the price you pay, it’s amazing!
