The hotel was supposed to have a tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearest BTS/Metro station. There was even a schedule for the shuttle. However, on arrival we discovered that the shuttle is no longer available. Not a big issue, but in my opinion, the hotel should update this information.

This hotel is in a nice little area. Just a few steps away is a mainstreet with a lot going on: markets, shops, food, drinks. The room was comfortable with a nice big bed. Also it was clean. We really liked the breakfast and it was more than enough!

Breakfast was superb. Hot dishes were different every day. The junior suite was budget friendly and was was cozy and clean. Location is good as it has bars and massage places nearby. Walking to BTS metro is possible if no heavy bags.

There was no sofa bed in the living room as advertised. I had to take an extra bed with additional charge.. Pillows were a bit too big and a little hard. BTS is a good 20 mins walk from the hotel. If coming with heavy luggage, please note that you have to cross either Chong Nonsi skywalk or a pedestrian bridge from Saladaeng BTS without lift on the way to the hotel.

The Staff was very helpful and customer service minded. They will try to help you solve any problem you encounter at the hotel quickly. My room was too dark so they immediately found me another one with more lighting. Everything is good. The location is not bad either, not like a lot of what people say. You are 50 m from the main street where you can get to fresh market, super market and restaurants. This location is near the business district and not too far from Silom Road, one of Bangkok's downtowns.

The lighting in almost all of their rooms are too dim, not suitable for business travelers. They provide a reading lamp but over all it is still too dark in many rooms. They really should put in dimmers or standing lamps, or something to give people an option. I checked into a 1 bedroom suite and tried to work but after a few hours I had to change room. The sofa is stiff and uncomfortable, even just looking at it..... Breakfast not up to standard for tastes of western food. I ordered spaghetti meat sauce but couldn't eat it. I was so sweet tasted weird, and there was no tomatoes taste even though its' supposed to be with tomatoes sauce. May be you will be happy with Thai food here. But don't expect to get anything authentic for western food.

The location. Room was very spacious (we're upgraded). In a quiet soi. Very helpful staff (front desk, housekeeper, security, etc.) Kitchenette. Private parking (quite limited space but I had no trouble looking for a space to park inside the compound). Spacious bathroom. Good shower pressure. No bathtub (hooray!!!). Bed is somewhat hard (would be great if it's harder, not softer) good for the bad back. Overall experience was good. The room rate's very good for this location.

No soundproof. Loud echo in the hall. If you can hear other people, other people can hear you, etc. The room we had is dated, need renovation.

Easy access, comfortable bed, nice staff, very good breakfast

When we walked into the room we were amazed at the number is shelves and drawers we found. The balcony had a good view of the city, had a glass sliding door; as well as, a Screen door. The room had a nice medium/large refrigerator and an electric kettle. We had some issues and the manager, who was also the manager of a sister hotel next door where we ate breakfast , gave us another very nice room in that hotel. This room did not have all the shelves and drawers as did the 1st hotel, but it was a very nice room. Breakfast was varied each day with the makings for a salad plus a variety of fruit. The eggs were not always warm so we asked for scrambled eggs and they were good. The lobby in this hotel was quite large and inviting. The staff was helpful, kept the facility clean, and were very friendly.

Unfortunately we had some issues with Plumbing and with Bugs in i Residence Hotel Sathorn -SHA Plus

This hotel offers a good value for money with nicely decorated rooms and lovely views of the Bangkok city centre. It is quite close to a subway station and Lumphini Park where you can admire 3-metre long monitor lizards and curious turtles. There are some eateries near the hotel and unfortunately Seven 11, which is one of the greatest polluters of the Thai sea with plastic bags which are given for free to customers despite the 2-baht fee. It is shocking that they treat wonderful Thai nature with such a disgusting carefree attitude.

When I left the female receptionist was not kind and she did not even say goodbye.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. The thing I liked the most was the breakfast food, it was delicious and plenty of choice. Everything was fresh, and the hot food was well cooked and very tasty. To be honest, the food was the tastiest I have had in a hotel in quite some time. Also, the restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, and the staff were very attentive, without being in your face. Very good indeed. Great value for money.

Just one small thing, the shower head needs sorting,

I stayed there for two days then extended for another 5days. The room was clean, spacious (The executive suite), quiet, has an elevator and definitely worth the price. Will comeback soon! - The only issues I didn’t like were: 1- The location; there’s nothing to do around or many restaurants but it’s 10mins by car/bike to the most popular destinations. 2- They had construction work on the 5th floor and other areas around the hotel; it can be annoying for anyone who’s trying to relax/sleep between 11-4pm.
