the property had a great location! It was close to 2 7/11’s and near all the transport links which were super easy to use. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We booked 2 single beds and got a double and a single which was amazing. The beds were on the harder side however that wasn’t a problem for us. The pool was also very clean and was a great feature as it is super hot. The staff were super friendly and let us store our bags there for the day as we had a late sleeper train.

Western commode in bathroom is not up to the mark, So there will be water floating always inside. The middle age women in reception was very racist to any brown color guest. During check in at the hotel, Male manager took my passport and checking my reservation on system , I was waiting for him. But suddenly that lady talked rudely to go back to allow western guests to accommodate them priority basis. This kind of attitude you don't expect when you arriving. She is very racist to people of Asian origin.

I stayed for 45 days and never had a trouble. zero not even once ever
it can be a bit noisy with the school and motorcycles in the morning but it was manageable for me and i sleep until noon

Nice location and very friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The room is basic but comfortable.
Wifi was unusable. No hot water jug/kettle in room so couldn't make coffee.

it’s like stepping into a Time Capsule from Vietnam War era. Great bed. Quiet. Perfect location. 7-11 right across the street.
food was excellent at restaurant but 200 baht for a vodka tonic is outrageous.

The hotel was convenient for my travel plans, only a short walk from Lumphini Park Station. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the area safe. I would definitely stay here again, as it offered very good value for my money.
