The hotel in located on the main party street which is perfect if you want to enjoy the night life, the markets and the street food. Also very close to a lot of temples and interesting sites. The room was very clean, they provide 2 bottles of water everyday. You have access to the hotel part with a private lift and a keycard. The pool is very clean and quiet on the rooftop, very nice in the late afternoon to relax. Finaly our room was super quiet and we did not hear anything at night, the AC is very appreciated and the bed/ bedsheets are super comfy. We will def come back :)

Its right off of K road, close to many shops and restaurants. Gym is open 9-9pm, handy if you like to work out. The pool is on the 5th floor and lovely and refreshing - it has a bar up there too for drinks. Room was lovely and cool, and ours was high enough up (third floor) that the noise from the street and surrounding pubs didn't bother us.

Staff at the front desk could have been a bit friendlier, and the pool doesn't serve food but its a good stay for a decent price

The pool is really clean,a very refreshing amenity to have in July in Bangkok! The room was cozy and well decorated. Staff was super nice and helped us with everything!

Room could be bigger. the ac doesn't regulate temperature, just pushes cold air so you can't have it working during the night otherwise you'll wake up freezing. But if you don't turn it on you'll wake up boiling in Bangkok weather. Also we found a bra hanging in the curtains from what I imagine a previous guest. Small details cause we still really liked our stay! Would definitely stay there again!

No sound proof windows, allowing too much noise from Khaosan road at night. One of the employees working at the pool bar presented unfriendly attitude when asked to repeat what she unclearly said (I asked for a towel and was asked to write my name and room number, I didn't understand at first and she showed a sign of impatience and slightly raised her voice - it was on 6th August 2023 on afternoon shift)

-on Khao San, so in the middle of everything and you can enjoy walking to your hotel after all the near located restaurants and bars - has a very nice cozy rooftop pool - staff is very friendly - im taking this hotel with it’s plusses over any 5 start hotel. This hotel is Bangkok! :)

-in the middle of everything means also noisy until 3 am and it can be heard in your room, but not too bad -the pillows, please switch those large and hard pillows.

Very clean and good location directly on Koh San road, other reviews complain of noise but it really isn’t bad at all, buy some earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Pool area was having work done that took up half of the space to sit, this wasn’t mentioned in the booking’s description which could have been, but were still able to access the pool n find a chair.

I really liked the facilities on offer such as the gym and pool, they meant not only did I have soke creature comforts but also I had options that wouldn't be available at other local hotels in the same price range.

The only thing I didn't like was (and this is personal preference) the lack of soundproofing. Khaosan is a very big party street, this isngreat and also part of why I stayed here but be warned that you're gonna have trouble sleeping before 2 am.

The rooms are nice, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms were nice, the pool was attractive, and the location on Khao San Road made it very convenient for local touristy stuff. I would definitely stay again!

Khao San Road is very loud, so expect to hear music thumping in your room until late at night. The road right outside the hotel is filled with dozens and dozens of promotors incessantly and annoyingly trying to get you to do into their establishments. Never use a taxi that won’t turn on the meter, as they’ll usually quote you a price 3 - 5 times higher than the meter price (and tuk tuks often charge more than taxis). But hey, that’s all part of the Bangkok experience!!

Both of the current front desk staff members were incredibly helpful, always answering the phone promptly and asking if I needed anything else. The bed was very comfy and on the fifth floor I didn't hear any of the noise from Khao San Rd. It is also one of the few hotels around with a gym which can save you up to 200 baht a day. Overall the staff is great and the place is nice and clean.

The wifi is incredibly annoying. It isn't slow, but the passcode system was constantly asking me to rejoin/retype in the password every time I left the room and sometimes when I hadn't. As a digital nomad, my ipad, laptop, and cell phone were constantly disconnecting and it was a pain, but at least when I was connected, it wasn't slow, and this didn't stop me from staying there. The staff apologized for this inconvenience and were very genuine.
