The bed was amazing, best sleep I've had in quite some time! Very clean room/bathroom. Location was close to Khoasan Road and Grand Palace, so easy to get by foot.

Noisy, as it was close to a very busy roundabout - but still didn't wake me up during the night.

This hotel had all the essentials, clean spacious room, efficient aircon, comfy bed, fridge and wifi. Breakfast was a bit different but still enjoyable. I appreciated the fact that they had to cater for many nationalities. Room service was good including a bottle of water per person each day. The location was also perfect and only a short Grab ride to all the must see places. 7/11 shop nearby plus a good Asian restaurant.

Not a complaint, just making people aware, they do not speak English so have a translator app on the phone. They do their very best to understand you.

Fantastic location central to everything. Turn right leaving the hotel and follow the road past dozens of good places to eat. About 3 blocks down the road. ( check the lanes on the right and you will find a little cannabis store which is legal in Thailand. The rooms are smaller but very clean and comfortable. The morning buffet is excellent and offers eggs pancakes cereals fruit juices and yogurt. The coffee is also excellent. Now let’s talk about the staff. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Of exceptional note is Yui at the front desk. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere she would write down all the bus stops and bus numbers or train stops if we were using the MRT. The tuk tuk drivers will Always try to overcharge you and Yui would tell us exactly what to pay. We mostly used the buses You can travel by bus almost anywhere in Bangkok for 35 to 40 cents. We saved a fortune. I really enjoyed my stay at the Dinsoman

The hotel had a good location to walk to mny sights and to khao san road without being busy. The pool was nice and the breakfast had great variety of thai and western food. I was allowed to check in 2h earlier without extra costs and I could leave my luggage there while exploring the city on my last day. The room had a fridge and working AC. The bed was big and comfortable. Free water was a plus!

The room smelled a bit weird, perhaps due to humidity or something. My room was on the road side (big road) so there was quite some noise from the cars, especially because I was visiting during Songkran festival. Pack yourself earplugs or ask a room that's not facing the road if you're a light sleeper!

The breakfast was Luke warm to cold. Had food in bay marines but the burners were not on. Rang to advise our flight was delayed and the new time of arrival so taxi would be waiting for us. No taxi waiting for us on arrival. Their excuse was they tried to contact us. Whatever they needed to ask, she should have asked when we rang them. Some speak English but don't comprehend what we are saying. But 1 staff member was excellent. Took it upon himself to learn/write and understand English

It was in a great location, right near many of the major tourist locations in the city. Despite having a waterline issue when I arrived they offered free cancellation and went out of their way to give me two free Coca Colas when I said I’d stay. The room was pleasant and as depicted. Breakfast was great, as a foodie I found a lot of the options great, and a wonderful way to start my mornings. The hotel cat is also very friendly, I hope they pay him in food well (he certainly looks like it 😋). Cleaning staff did a great job, and always provided me with free waters which with the heat is very much appreciated. Overall, great price for a great location.

Very far from public transit that aren’t buses, be prepared to use Grab or other taxi/ride sharing apps. Not very sound proofed, I could hear cars all night and woke up to blaring sirens on several occasions, fine if you’re a heavy sleeper like me, if not good luck.

The hotel is a nice place in the city center of Bangkok. Walking distance to many touristic points, public transport and night life too. Friendly staff willing to help with anything. There's a busy road nearby which can be a bit noisy from time to time, however, I'd say it's absolutely doable considering the hotel is very central. Nice small pool was a great place to spend very hot afternoons when we wanted to cool ourselves down. Hotel offers daily room service and as I already said everybody is friendly and helpful. Very good WiFi in the room.

I'd say the hotel should take care of the pool a bit more. The water went green so it wasn't possible to have a swim for about two days. The filtration was often off, hence the water quality was getting worse.

Location - spot on. You have 3 michelin- recommended restaurants nearby, local market, great street food stands. Walking distance to Grand Palace and highlights of the city. Front Office personel - efficient, nice and well trained with good english. Nothing too much of a problem for them, and clear rules of late check-out outlined to us. You can pay by credit card. Very good value for the price offered.

The score would be higher if not for the cleanliness standards, which are OK, but far from perfect. After service, HSK staff cannot leave the windows in the room wide open, because the Guests belongings are at risk. Details also matter - if a Guest walk into a room and finds parts of previous Guests shaving machines in the shower, that also does leave a questionable impression. Especially if those are not cleaned during the stay. Apart from that - towels will soon need replacement. Front Office should operate 24/ hours a day, if the management will be able to hire more receptionists on the same level as current staff, this will only benefit the experience.

The property was very much as expected. The room which we were allotted, AC was not working, but the staff allotted us another room which was great. Location is at the city center, but apparently not good enough if you looking to go in and out of the city multiple times, for ex pattaya / airport/ safari world. The traffic was really bad. Better to take hotel near airport and make a day tour to bangkok to avoid multiple passing through traffic

Breakfast didn't really had any Indian options, when asked to make omelette, they clearly said only breakfast menu items are available, nothing else

Location and also the old fashioned ambiance; lots of wood - floors, furniture, etc. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the crepes available for lunch or snack later in the day were an unusual treat. The staff took good care of us and their suggestions for Michelin rated dining nearby were wonderful.

The old-fashioned door lock on our room is likely more quaint than effective, but we felt quite safe and kept all valuables in the provided safe. The wicker chair on our balcony had seen better days and should be replaced with something sturdier and more comfortable.
