The location is very central yet has a neighborhood feel. There are plenty of markets, street food, restaurants and more around. The hotel is good for what you pay: clean and comfortable.
The room we had was very small and the window was placed high up so that we didn’t really had a view. It’s OK for a short stay.

the shower curtains were not clean and the shower head itself, had black stains, needs to be cleaned or changed. ( i even cleaned it myself.. couldn’t shower otherwise)

There was no breakfast. We needed to go outside for breakfast from the nearby shops or food stalls. It was quite easy and convenient.
I would prefer to have better view instead of looking at the emergency staircases from the window due to my student having her exam the following day.

The location is good, the price is great and the room has everything you may need for a short stay in Bangkok.
Most of the staff really not nice at all. I Ve been here for 4 times maybe so i can tell for sure. I I'll probably comeback again....hoping there will be someone new
