Jasmine City Hotel

Clean, well-maintained, good amenities, great location and nice staff. A short few minutes walk from Sukhumvit MRT station, Asok BTS station, Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy. Would definitely stay here again.

As someone working in IT and dealing with security as part of my job, I'm really irked when someone tries to photo copy and/or write down my credit card details (full number + CVV). Unfortunately they did it without my permission. I was able to stop them from the photocopy, but they still sneakily recorded my CC details in a god knows what piece sort of software.. Hotels must stop doing this!

The Hotel Room was very nice and had a kitchenette with Microwave and Cook top. The WiFi worked well. The Breakfast was very good. Terminal 21 Shopping Centre was 10 minutes walk away and The Emporium is 20 minutes walk way. If you take a Taxi from the airport it costs around 300 baht. The Front Desk staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

The Hairdryer in the Bathroom does not fit into the power outlet. You have to use in the room but there is no other mirrors to see. The lighting in the room is very dark.

Location. Less than 5 minutes to Sukhumvit MRT and Asok BTS. Very convenient. Big room.

For such a big hotel, the loby is very small.

The rooms were really good size. Breakfast was amazing and had a great selection. Hotel is situated in good area and has great views. Pool area is beautiful and amazing.

Staff were slow with taking food and drink orders. Drinks often took over an hour to make when at the pool, even though it was not busy. Room service was cold when we received it. Jacuzzi was not working 😕.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Deluxe studio, 28th floor, was comfortable, view good from bathroom window (room view was it onto adjacent building). Very clean, comfortable bed, good WiFi. At 70 Euro per night, very good value for Bangkok.

Reasons for not giving 10 points: Room aircondion needs renovation. We turned it to maximum heat, 30 degrees, and it kept blowing cold air and was very loud. To be able to talk to each other, you had to turn it off. Breakfast room is icy cold. Dishes at breakfast not clearly identify ingredients for vegetarians and vegans.

The location is very convenient! There are numerous cafes and restaurants in this area. The subway is super near also. We are extremely grateful that Jasmine hotel upgraded two our rooms and gave us one SUPER LARGE room with a kitchen, balcony and two enormous bedrooms (without additional payment). Kitchen has everything for the cooking and serving. We loved the pool — super cozy and always empty. We used it both in the morning and in the evening:) Breakfast were good and the staff was super helpful. Views from the windows are breathtaking.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It was a comfortable 5mins walk to Askok BTS. The had a Deluxe Studio room which was very spacious. Ask for a room with a view of the Sky Train. At night we used to spend hours just admiring the nightlife. The housekeeping staff was excellent. We had a lady who even washed the utensils that were used by us. Bonus Tip: Don't miss the flea market which happen on all weekdays just across from the hotel. We had the best snacks and fresh orange juice from the stalls.

I think we were the first guests to use the kitchenette. Most of the appliance were not working. We spend the first day sorting everything out since we had to cook food for our kid. The other issue is drainage. The sinks took time to drain out. Overall it was not a problem since the housekeeping staff was cooperative.

We were upgraded to a suite which was great. The location is very close to the MTR & BTS. The breakfast was terrific with lots of choice.

The shower was a bit disappointing, there was a hand held shower hose in the bath as well as a stand up shower area right next to the bath. The stand up shower didn't really work as the mist was too light and the hot water wouldn't come through. In the end I used the bath shower hose whilst standing next to the bath which was ok. Also they never left a spare toilet roll so we were always concerned about running out.

Great location. A simple 5 minute walk to ASOK station or 6 minutes to Terminal 21 mall. Well stocked 7-eleven convenience store just 1 min from the hotel. Decent sized gym with well maintained equipment. Plenty of good food around the hotel.

As this was my first time going to Bangkok, i had very little knowledge about the area or the train services around Bangkok hence my decision to stay in Jasmine Cite Hotel was purely by the reviews posted online. Having stayed here for 3 nights, it definitely exceeded ny expectation and i can say i did not regret my decision. The location was walking distance away from Asok train station, where the line interconnects with most of the big shopping mall around Bangkok. You will be able to go to Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, Terminal 21, Platinum Fashion Mall and even reach Iconsiam with few interchanges. The room and facilities also was what made my stay here an unforgettable memory. The room is clean and comfy, with alot of amenities including the basic toiletries, coffee table, washing machine, huge wardrobe, hair dryer, tv and more. The staffs are also very friendly and are very helpful. Also a plus point thieir reception staff all can speak English very well.
