The front desk staffs are all very kind and professional..Luna was super kind and Vicente was also very kind..🥰👍👍..The bell man Mr Chon was always helping me with my handicap ♿️ scooter to carry and the cleaning lady Noi also cleaned my room super clean.. I stayed here for 14 days and every single day, they all greeted me with care..The location was also very convenient in the center of most busy area right in front of Asok Bts station.. Overall, it was the best hotel at very reasonable price and super nice staffs..particularly beautiful receptionist LUNA~~^^❤️ thank you all there 😊 😀 🙏👍👍

It has been almost 6 years since my last visit to Bangkok back in 2017 and i always stay at different areas in Bangkok such as Siam, Pratunam and Silom. However, this time i have decided to stay at Sukhumvit Suites Hotel due to it's location within the CBD area of Bangkok. This hotel can be reached via Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT as these stations are only few steps away from this hotel. Opposite of this hotel is the Terminal 21 Mall which is connected via skybridge which is an advantage of staying here as it is so convenient to explore the city regardless the weather. Upon arrival at the hotel i was greeted by the friendly door man and he event carried my luggage to the second floor where the lobby is located. Thanks to the friendly front desk staff who recommended me to stay at the quite side of the hotel and i was surprised to find out that the room is exactly what i have expected. The room is clean and what i really like the most is the shower room. As far as i am concern this hotel doesn't provide toothbrush unless we request for it. The room service is good and they make up my room everyday. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily but i prefer to buy my own from the convenient store nearby. Upon checked out i was greeted by the friendly hotel manager and she even offered me a very good price if i make a reservation directly with her in the future. Not to mention the pasta that i had at the Indulge Restaurant and Cocktail Bar was really good. The manager told me that they make their own pasta and i even told her that it taste similar with the pasta i had during my winter trip in Rome, Italy. Last but not least, i had a pleasant stay at the Sukhumvit Suites Hotel and looking forward to stay at this hotel for next visit to Bangkok.

The tv channels could be improved as there are no variety selections of tv program.

Location of this hotel is great, right next to the sky train and underground stations. Walking distance to terminal 21, a popular shopping center. Rooms are great for the price and hotel was clean. Staff on the front desk were friendly and the gentleman who helped with our bags was great. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times as its in a great location and offers good value for money. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy.

A hoover was left in the hallway for the duration of our stay, just made the hallway look a bit untidy. It was hard to get the temperature right on the shower, started of chilly then went to boiling hot. TV wasn't working well, but we only stayed for 1 night so didn't really bother us.

The location is strategic. 2mins from both MRT and BTS station. The door of the hospital opened to the BTS skywalk. 7 eleven is also 2 mins walk away. I have been here twice. The staff speaks great English and is truly friendly and helpful. The room service and bellman always welcomed us with bright smile. The Deluxe Room we got a free upgrade to is spacious, with a bathtub and king bed. Very comfortable.

They need to install new hairdryer. I have a problem with it every time I stay

charges is slightly high however the room is spacious and near to both BTS and MRT stations.

no regular cleanup for the room daily. It's time the towel need to renew (looks old and dirty).

This is such a great place to stay in Bangkok. Hotel is located near BTS & MRT station. It takes so easy to go anywhere from the hotel. Staff are so friendly and helful in anytime and anywhere in hotel. So great !!

Central location. Super near to Asok BTS.

Did not have a proper lobby. Getting a car pick-up is tricky as it is located right at a major intersection so cabs and car pick-ups will have to stop right at a busy road side. Towels are a bit worn out.

The location was perfect, very accessible to all the big shopping malls around and right next to the BTS, so very convenient to be pretty much get anywhere around the city. The staff are excellent, very helpful and rooms were very clean, great value for money, would definitely stay again.

-the location is perfect, just over the mrt and next BTS asok. - clean - modern enough - I was at the 4th floor and no noise coming from the streets around.
