Reception was very nice. It's good to have kitchenette and washing machine in room. Housekeeping, pool and location were great. Shuttle to BTS is awesome. When you walk in, they have wonderful scent in the lobby. Baan Ice, the Thai restaurant in front of hotel is fantastic.

Breakfast was managed by some young men who clearly were not trained by the same standard as the nice reception team, not welcoming. Selections were very basic, surprising for Thai hotels where they generally have great breakfast spread.

The rooms were even better than the photos, they were spacious and clean and quiet despite facing the street. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Very well located close to a supermarket and good restos and bars.

Breakfast can be greatly improved, but as i understand it was a temporary set up as regular breakfast was under renovation.

Great service here! The people that works here especially housekeeping and the breakfast chef are always so nice and caring. Location is great, 7 eleven not so far and busy street with many small shops. Spacious room, nice apartment :)

The people who worked in breakfast were all very friendly especially the chef, they made a very nice welcoming atmosphere. But honestly would not recommend to purchase breakfast here. The selection was pretty basic for 300 bath.

Breakfast: Cheap product, not a lot of choice for western tastes. The young attendant of staff at the entrance very polite and available but the one elder was more interested into playing with his mobile than working (looks annoyed by customer request actually)

the curtain didn’t close properly to block out the sun light and there is an emergency light above the entrance door that I couldn’t switch off. as a consequence the room wasn’t fully dark.

I liked the location, in center of city, close to BTS and Metro stations, also lots of business/mall in for convenience shopping. The room was about right size, I would expect a bit bigger for a Deluxe studio and by the pictures effect shown, but the bed was comfy and room facilities/appliances working good. Perfect city views from the room, also breakfast restaurant view very nice.

Facilities can be more well maintained. Personnel is nice, but they could be more available to service, I order some pizza delivery, and they said they are busy and cannot receive for my and carry to the room, so I had to dress up and go collect my pizza, that was paid already by credit card on the food app.

I have stayed your hotel for several years, most of points of your hotel is best, but,,, The attitude of staff (Indian people?) in canteen is not so good. Always chattaring each other with language that we can not understand(not Thai or English, maybe language of India?). When I order someting at egg station, I feel their way of making omlet is not so clean cause of their chattaring. Even though they take mask on for covid situation, I don't think I can feel good for their attitude. I hope the staff of canteen are changed by Thai people at least, if possible. I like Thai people.

The location was ideal as a base to explore places in the Thonglor area. It was near shops, bars, some good eateries. We were first given a room on one of the higher floors but we found that it had a damp and musty smell. This was rectified pretty quickly and we were moved to another room and although it was on a lower floor, it was clean and comfortable, and a good size.

The bar wasn't open at the pool area when we thought of going for a swim in the afternoon. Our room was cleaned quite late in the afternoon and as such, when we returned after a day out, we found that we couldn't really be in our room for a rest. With the hotel bar being closed, we had to leave the hotel premise to seek refreshments elsewhere.

The studio had all amenities with a good bed, full equipped kitchen, washingmachine (washing powder available) and a small balcony with a great view. Good cleaning. The swimmingpool was also very nice, towels on the beds, a sauna, lockers and showers. The service was great. They can bring you to the Thong Lo BTS (it's a 10 minutes walk), very helpfull staf. We had a late flight and got a late check-out. Could use the pool and the amenities whole day. Nice location too.

I stayed in the premium deluxe room, which was very spacious with lots of windows, and modern design furniture. Very cozy space. Also, there was a comfortable bathtub. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, including a southern Thai restaurant downstairs.

During the day, room maintenance work was going on nearby, which disturbed my work in the room. One of my concerns was about the bed moving as they were not fixed.
