Thana Wisut Hotel - SHA Plus

Wifi was exceptionally good so I was able to do my work well. Staff was friendly, food was good as well. The price was the most attractive thing I liked.

If there had been a bit more stuff on the menu for breakfast that would have been great. For shops other than Seven Eleven and eateries I had to walk further, this can take time specially if I am here on work. So location is a bit of an off one for me. The room wasn't ready when I came to check in so I had to roam around for 6 hours. I did not like this at all. Some of us will travel from very far so it is very important to consider this.

I like that the hotel was brand new when we arrived and stayed for 3D2N. The staff are really friendly, our room is very clean and I think it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood, though it was quite far from tourist spots but I don't really mind as it was easy to grab a car or tuktuk. The Wifi works really well based on my experience. The breakfast is good although the options are very limited which was understandable because they only started their operations a few weeks ago before we arrived. I would recommend the hotel to my friends who would like to visit Bangkok.

I hope next time the breakfast will be already included in the price we pay for accommodation.

We loved this place. Very strategic location in a quiet area, close to lots of local restaurants and a short walk from the "tourist zone" of Khaosan Rd. There's an amazing massage place a 2min walk away, too (best we've had in Thailand by far). The facilities are modern and clean. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, cozy hotel, lovely very helpful people working there. New furniture, everyday fresh water in the room. No problem with morning check out. Helpful with baggage with sooner check in. Quite well location. Very nice place :)

Room vas quite small and the air condition blowed right on our faces all night (maybe we couldn't turn the wind in another direction) - without it it was hot. So it is not a lot complaint ;)

Staff were very friendly and kind. My room was cheap but very clean and well organized.

There was no toothbrush and bathrobes. There are no train stations nearby. However, there are bus stations but buses are very local so taking the train is easier and more tourist friendly.

The hotel is well located near the city center. the staff is welcoming and attentive. breakfast can be taken within the establishment. it is plentiful but it deserves to be a little more varied. the rooms are simple but very clean, pleasant and well designed

If we visit Bangkok again, we will definitely book here. We just hope that the price would not go higher and higher. Our room was so clean and quiet. Location is good. 2 mins walk to 7/11 and 10 mins walk to Khaosan. Wifi is great! We're happy that we booked here. Definitely worth the money.

The room was clean and comfortable

There were no dustbins in the room and there was no place to hang the clothes as there was no wardrobe. Everything else was fine.

Housekeeping was superb.

Some of the receptionist aren't that friendly, and I guess they are more receptive towards 'farang'. Just an observation. In the spirit of SDG, why not be hospitable across the board? I don't beg on the streets to ask people to donate to get me to fly around the globe. Live up to the theme land of smiles. I love your country. You should too and project it through your face. Smile, and the world smiles with you. In the hospitality industry, it is how you make your customers feel that matter. When their stay is memorable, they will happily return to your hotel.

Location convenient although taxi drivers needed some direction help towards finding the side street. Easy check-in and check out process. Comfortable and tidy rooms that were fairly good standard and had the basics that you would need.

Toilet paper was not replaced despite two days. I had to go ask at reception for more! Receptionists were not so friendly/welcoming than I had expected. Every time I would pass by, I would try to greet ‘Good Morning’ or ‘Good Evening’ but was I did not have any reply by staff in general.
