The hotel has a great location, it is only 5 min by foot away from Aya Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Square. The room was nice, it had an optimal size, it was really warm. It was really clean. The very nice cleaning lady cleaned the room every day. Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was really polite. All the people who worked there was really nice to us, we felt very welcomed. The airport shuttle that we requested was a van, really cozy and clean, and we felt very good. Breakfast was very rich, it had eggs, different kinds of cheese, different kinds of salami, different kinds of jams, cereals, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cakes, fruit juices,coffee and turkish tea. I would recommend it 100% and I will definitely come back.

Good location, near the tram station and is not far from Sultanahmet square, there are several restaurants nearby. Our room was on 2nd floor, windows are just above the entrance to the hotel. There is some kind of parking at the building opposite the hotel, so in the daytime it was a little bit noisy when windows were open but when close it's ok. We were in New Year time, it was about +10 outside and it wasn't cold in the room. Every night they turned on the heating in the room and towel's dryer in bathroom was always warm. The bathroom is ok, we had never faced any problem, it was comfortable. There are several additional cosmetic stuff in the bathroom. It was clean and every day they tryed to clean our room, but we didn't need, so I just put a sign "Don't disturb" to the door and when I needed cleaning, I put another sign and everything was ok. The staff is ok, not rude, not very pleasant, but ok. If we had any questions (in English) or requests, they helped us. There is a small safe box in the wardrobe and we managed to put iPad 11'' inside, but no bigger. There is a fridge and a table with electric kettle, cups and tea/coffee. But there is no socket for the kettle, so we had to put it to the floor to use one of the socket near the bed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, there are two bedside tables near the bed with lamps (but not enough sockets for them). The room was enough for 2 person. Breakfast was great: buffet, with several sorts of cheese, sausages, vegetables, olives, even salads, eggs, french fries, yogurt, dried fruits and berries, corn flakes, milk, tea, coffee, juice (chemical), bread and butter, jam, every day were some different cakes and sweets, fruits. We stayed 9 nights in this hotel and we liked it a lot and breakfasts weren't boring for us. This hotel is one of the best hotels I've visited in this area and definitely cost his money, the price-quality ratio is great.

When we arrived they took payment in TRL (from my credit card) and the currency rate was not good for me: plus 10% from the real rate, but I paid that anyway. But during our staying the rate of TRL-USD changed to 20%, so the hotel just laid his risk but it was not pleasant for me when I paid for it.

The property is in the heart of ‘old city’. Walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Tram-train, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. Room are clean & tidy. Thanks to the housekeeper Mdm. Isma for her generosity, kind, helpful and full of smile. And the receptionist named Mr. Ismail also great, kind, helpful and full of smile. Both of them really welcoming us and make our stay very pleasant. For sure will miss you.

Perfect location and great staff! Rooms were clean and everything was a only a few minutes away. Management we’re friendly and helped us book excursions and always on hand to help. Blue Mosque is only a five minute walk away, Hagia Sophia is ten minutes and Grand Bazaar is also five minutes - you couldn’t get any better. Beds are clean, comfortable and huge!

While the location is great the surroundings are run down but being in the heart of the old city this is the case everywhere and can’t be helped by the hotel. Also breakfast wasn’t a huge selection for continental but it’s complimentary so you can’t complain. Rooms were clean but the grout in the shower could do with some care but the showers were big enough that we were able to avoid it.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The room was decent sized. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The cleaning staff is very nice. The breakfast is good and many options to choose from. The location of the hotel is brilliant and tram station is just outside. Pharmacy, mart and food places are just few steps away. The grand bazar is over hyped. The real shopping market is located in the inner area which is across the road from this hotel. It was very convenient to go there and come back to drop off extra shopping bags. We loved our stay here. We had a 19 month old with us and had no issues staying here at all.

Beds were not that comfortable. And i didn't like the toilet seat 😀

Hotel location is excellent. There is a large store nearby where you can by whatever you need, water, fruit, food, toiletries etc. there are places to eat at your doorstep and it is brilliantly placed in sultanahmet. When you get to the top of the street you turn left and grand bazaar is few mins away and if you turn right blue mosque is 5 min away. The hotel was very clean. Cleaner than I expected and the rooms were nice Bombay Masala was excellent and 1 min away. Desert shop at top of street was also fantastic.

Due to the size of the hotel they provide small single beds which are very comfortable, but don’t leave much room if you are tall or large.

The Manager helped me out tremendously by sending an item I left behind. Once I contacted him, he sent out the parcel as soon as he could and it arrived at my next location in Turkey. 2 thumbs up to the staff for being so helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect, the rooms were lovely cute and comfortable, the staff was amazing especially one of the younger Afghan-Turkmen he was exceptionally helpful and kind and very pleasant to speak to, the staff accommodated to us and helped out in every way where they could like with taxis, directions, food etc. Everything was very lovely and calm in such a hectic city

There is nothing I can really say that’s negative about this property, perfect value for money

Everything was perfect! Location is amazing! Hotel is so clean, breakfast is nice and tasty. Super calm and quiet even tho it is in old city where it is so busy and crowded. Staff is great, cleaning ladies are checking on you every day for new towels or if you want your room to be cleaned while you are there. Bed super comfortable. Reception working 24 hr per day, and you always feel safe. We will come again and stay in this hotel for sure!

Small cozy rooms . A full breakfast (eggs, sausages, salads, dry breakfast, dried fruits, pastries and sweets, tea, coffee, juices, pastries). The rooms are small, but equipped with everything you need (shower, toilet, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi). The mattresses on the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean.The staff speaks excellent English, some in Russian). convenient booking and payment system. There were some problems with cleaning (they forgot about our room a couple of times, but they were cleaned after a reminder).Excellent location in relation to the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and others) , close location of the tram line and various cafes.
