Reyyan Hotel

The staff is very great. Mr Ehsan is a kind, helful man. Mr Saeed is very good. Mr Maher is very good. All the staff is wonderful and respectable. They are friendly and give help quickly at any time. I stayed eleven days in the hotel. I liked it so I stayed for more thirteen days. The room is clean and tidy. They clean the room every day. The area is very quiet. The hotel is very quiet too.

Not far from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar Lots of places to visit nearby Access to metro easy though a lot to climb Good restaurants also nearby The staffs were very helpful and friendly especially Mr Ehsan and Mr Fazal who had provided us many advice, good tips and arranged for our trips. Mr Parveen also was very helpful.

The water in the bathroom keeps on accumulating Cleanliness could be improved and bottled water to be provided daily

I was very hesitant about booking this hotel, but the minute we walked into leaving I felt no different to being in my own home, the hotel staff ihsan and Parvin went over and beyond they took there time explaining everything to us, they even gave us tips and tricks how to deal with people when we went out of the hotel. They both gave us there contact details and said call us if you need anything or get lost. We was upgraded to a beautiful room with balcony the view was incrediable at night, room was spacious and cleaned everyday we had fresh towels everyday. They also arranged our taxi to the airport and even doe there was traffic the route we had to go on the day by 3 hours. They spoke to mutiple taxi companies and found us the best driver to take us the fastest route and said just get them there so they don’t miss there flight any additional costs we will fund for. This was not expected of course however even the thought made us so emotional and I would never go anywhere else but here. Miss you guys we will be back

My stay at Reyyan Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional. Despite arriving around 12 PM, well before the standard check-in time, we were warmly welcomed by mr. Parvin, the hotel manager, who graciously accommodated our early check-in and assisted us with parking arrangements. The hospitality extended by mr. Parvin set the tone for our entire stay. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort were truly commendable. Upon entering our room, we were impressed by its spaciousness and cleanliness. The room was well-appointed, with modern amenities and tasteful decor that exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The daily housekeeping service ensured that the room remained pristine throughout our stay, and the towels were replenished regularly, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Istanbul. While the parking facility incurred an additional fee of 15 euros per day, the convenience and security it offered were well worth the cost. The location of Parvin Hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to key attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy for us to navigate the city and explore its cultural treasures. Overall, our experience at Parvin Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the warm hospitality extended by mr. Parvin to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend Parvin Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free stay in Istanbul :)

We highly recommend staying at Reyyan hotel!!! The staff and service was the best we've seen in many hotels across Europe - they were very kind, spoke perfect English, they let us keep our luggage before and after our stay, they assisted us with getting a taxi to the train station, and even arranged a laundry service for us. The hotel is approx 20-30min walking to the main attractions in the Old city (we recommend taking the Ozbekler str. instead of going up the steep street that the hotel is on), nearby there is a great and cheap place for traditional food (Nasi̇p Et Kebap) and many shops (like Kim Market and small local shops to buy turkish delight for gifts from). The room was big, nice and clean, with modern furniture, there was a big hairdryer and they provide an iron if needed, so facilities are covered. There is a strong AC in the room. Note to travelers - most hotels in Istanbul don't have balcony, so if you need clothes washed, use laundromats or the hotel for laundry service instead :)

The accommodation was excellent. Parvin helped us with everything we needed from day one till our last. He gave us the most helful advices from transportation (from and to the airport etc. ), which places are worth to be seen and which things are worth to be done. He arranged for us an amazing cruise to Bosphorus and had more great deals for us. He wanted us to feel his hotel as our home and which was the final outcome. We will for sure come back. He provided us 24/7 assistance and we are thankful for that. No words can describe the hospitality. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent location amongst local shops & restaurants. A short walk to Hagia Sophia, but a bit steep to climb. Staff were very helpful. If you want a nice, buzzing atmosphere this is the place to stay. We had a high room so had an amazing view of the tops of all the surrounding buildings.

Was quite dusty in our room. Just to mention also, the hotel is on a very narrow, steep inclined street, which is not made clear before booking. We had a double buggy so was not easy walking up and down the streets.

I liked alot about the hotel. It's modern, bright and a nice hotel with friendly staff. Mahir was always welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly and a great photographer! He took loads of pictures of me and my friends whenever we asked him to and they came out so good. Thanks for the amazing hospitality Mahir that you provided and your great photography skills. The location of the hotel is great too as it's walking distance from Blue Mosque and grand bazaar and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would defo come again when I next come Istanbul.

Would have preferred the sofabed to be a bed.

Where do I start. From the moment I booked the hotel Parvin got in touch and organised a taxi from the airport which worked smoothly. The hotel was much better than expected, Parvin gave us great tips and was so very helpful and Friendly. His other staff members were also so friendly and pleasant to talk to. It really made our much too short stay special. We definitely will be back and feel we have gained a friend in Pravin. Thank you for your kindness, hard work and dedication. The room was clean and comfortable.( The pictures frum booking are accurate). The guy at the reception was very friendly and gave us information about the area/transport/ attractions, good advices, a map with explanations :) Thank you very much!

I probably came back on this hotel for the people, location and price. The only thing that it was not ok is that they could not invoice me ( they said because i paid via Booking and Booking should and booking said that the hotel should and so on...)
