Perfect location in the old town. Very helpful staff abd we appreciated that they spoke English. Excellent breakfast. We were given a bigger, very comfortable room in basement level.when our original room proved to be too small.

Some updating could be done, toilet seat was not fastened down, sink plug not operational (didn't close).

Stunning Bosphorus view from our apartment, nice amenities, helpful to have a washer washer/dryer ( important with kids), very nice breakfast and helpful, attentive staff. Very close to museums and old town/ Topkapi/ Aya Sophia. Overall was very pleased with stay

The hotel is 2 separate buildings and one is a very steep hike up the hill from the other w/restaraunt and breakfast. We did not mind, but anyone older/w health issues may find challenging. In close proximity to a mosque with 5 am prayer calls - to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Our experience with hotel Ada was very positive, we have chosen the room for 3 persons with a sea view ( it was spectacular to see the beauty of the Marmara See ). The room was very good equipped, small kitchen, tea pot, and everything you need. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was on a terrace with view. Personal are friendly and helpful, I want to say special thanks for Ali, he helped us with luggage and storage for 2 days, and he gave us great recommendations how to reach Princes Islands. I can honestly recommend this hotel !

The location was perfect! Walkable to everywhere! The hotel was immaculate! Our room was cleaned daily! The breakfast every morning was freshly made buffet and the girls even learned how to make me an omelet. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! They all spoke excellent English! I never expect a hotel bed to be comfortable, but ours was!

Great selection for breakfast. Staff was fantastic. The hotel was perfectly located to get around Istanbul just on the outskirts of all the noise yet great transport links to get around the city close by, Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia 5 min walk

On booking.com it was advertised as ground floor but was given the basement nonetheless still a great room

We stayed in a 1 room apartment at 3rd floor. I like everything about Ada Hotel. Clean apartment, big tv, good wifi connection, comfort bed, heavy flow shower, location (walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia & other tourist attractions), nearby eateries, groceries shop. The Marmara sea view from our apartment is good to look at from the balcony, breakfast is adequately served, nice kitchen and utensils. Feels like home. Sure will come and stay at Ada Hotel again if I go to Istanbul.

We stayed in an apartment in another block about 50 meters from the main hotel. We have to walk up the hill to the main hotel where breakfast is served.

Front desk was manned 24/7 & they gladly help us how to go around & help us book our day tour & taxi to airport. Breakfast was good & yummy. Rooms were clean & daily sheets & towels were given. 1. The management is extremely helpful. Any problem you face, they will try their best to fix it. I also find them very polite. 2. They have their own transportation to and from the airport. It was 40 euro if you pay cash or 45 euro if you want to use a credit card. 3. I stayed in a one bedroom penthouse. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. There are sofas and chairs on the balcony. 4. Washing machines and dryers are very helpful. I wish they would translate some of the Turkish language instructions in English. I use Google lenses. 5. Almost all the major attractions are nearby by walking.

The staff was super helpful and super nice. The location is great for tours and for sightseeing. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great.

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was a bit small and right next to the dinning area. It was a bit noisy in the morning when people would come in to take their breakfast, but apart from that... Everything else was great.

Our experience in Ada Hotel was great. - First of all, the location is really good because it is centric and also pretty quiet so you can have a good rest on the night. - Decoration is beautiful and the view from 5th floor, the room and breakfast room is stunning. You can see the sea from there!! - And the thing that we liked more is the staff. They were great, welcoming, helpful and kind. I had the luck to meet the owner of the hotel who owns a travel agency and he arrange us an amazing tour in Capadocia at a really good price. Additionally, he could get us some last minutes tickets for the Hot Air Balloon Tour in Capadocia at an incredible price (I asked many agencies and they told me that the date I wanted was sold out or wanted to sell me some tickets for more than 200 euros!!!). I definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone!
