QUA COMFORT HOTEL

Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. breakfast buffet was ok, and the service at the bar was also great. the food at the restaurant was pretty good too.

Location is pretty far away from city center and main touristic attractions, the service at the restaurant is suuuuper slow at the evenings. Pool water was pretty cold. I had an issue because I got a call from the reception at almost 1am in the morning telling me about an issue with my payment, it is not ok to call guests at that hour!! specially because I was traveling with my little son and of course the call woke him up.

The hotel is new, modern and very clean. It has all the facilities. Nice swimming pool, big hamam and Sauna. All staff speak English and were genuinely caring. Gonca at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. The hotel is close to major shopping malls like Mall of Istanbul, 212 and Venezia. It will cost 20 TL by Taxi.

Internet connection could be a little issue if you are connecting several devices but the staff would help. For those who like to explore by foot, the hotel is a little bit out of the way but a 15 mins stroll can take you near Mehmutbey metro where there are a few kebab restaurants and bakeries.

5 star hotel but but there is a lack and not aligned with 5 star services. housekeeping and room dining very noisy when they do other guest services. knocking the door of guest loudly, staff of housekeeping and room dining need to be trained to deal as 5 star. staff always complains to a guest in regards with their payees

Everything was great, especially Gonca at the reception! I was surprised how perfect her German is. All of the staff could speak English and some of them German in a way that I did not expect at this location. Breakfast was perfect for my needs. In other hotels I was before the staff tried to hide, here they were very attentive.

In fact the surrounding is not very welcoming, but I was aware of this and it is not the fault of the hotel. For me location was good at it is only a 10min walk to my working place

Our room was spacious, comfortable, warm and bright. Everything was very clean. A parking is underground as well as in front of the hotel. Breakfast was more than great- there was a variety of food to eat (vegans can eat here very well). Staff was nice and kind.

The only issue can sometimes occur with the card key- you cannot star the elevator or cannot enter the room. However, it could be solved at the reception. Small thing, but ought to be fixed.

There was a great variety of food available for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and attended to our needs promptly. We were given complementary drinks, fruit and biscuits on arrival.

Location of the hotel is a long way from the tourist sites. China cups (our paper cups leaked), and spoons would have been a nice addition to the room.

The staff were always helpful, the room was modern and clean with all the required amenities. The breakfast had a decent selection considering the price that was paid.

Whilst there was a good selection of food for breakfast, unfortunately the quality of food was average. The location of the property was not ideal, but adequate considering the amount paid.

The hotel is located in the west of Istanbul near the Mall of Istanbul and the surrounding industrial area. The hotel is far from the centre of Istanbul and the Taksim area. So you need either to hire a car or use public transport such as bus, metro, taxi to go to Istanbul city Centre. Professional staff. Value for money.

The property is new, located close to the shopping district and is easily accessible by taxi/Uber. The hotel is clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after.
