esra and hmza staff were great

From the moment I arrived the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - they went beyond expectation which was wonderful and quite rare these days. My only down side was the noise from the adjoining room door - this was a little intrusive on a couple of occasions in the night. Otherwise the hotel is super comfortable, the Spa exceptional - special mention to Ellis. I also visited the hair dresser in the hotel which was great value for money and as good as I would get home, and very quick The room service was pretty prompt and the food - especially the Lamb Chops excellent Breakfast offer a huge range of breads and cakes and really wonderful fresh fruit. I will stay here again without any qualms.

The sound proof on the adjoining room door I was woken a couple of times in the night when someone was on the telephone...it was as if they are in the room with me.

It was only a night short stay. But it was truly amazing experience. the manger Mr.Caca Javas was truly nice to me and hospitality , one of best friendly experience. i actually forgot my things at my room refregirator but they were keeping it and I could pick it up very quickly. Also, the Mr, Savas was very friendly and truly nice. I ordered Room service and it had small mistake as brought a wrong item in my order but they gave it for free and they immediately brought missing item. I had best experience I ve ever had. And i definitely come back this hotel when I visit Istanbul.

Actually nothing. But if I rise it up, the steak of room service was not followed Rare in my order. It was actually medium. And was bit cold.

Hospitality is awesome. Front office made my trip really good. Specially Ms Gizem she was very helpfull and friendly. She made my check in quickly and she made upgrades and free macarons. Thank you for hospitality ms Gizem. Also bellboy Sahin was very professional he had to much experience about bellteam. Thank you for Mr Hamza he made my check out everything was amazing

The location was excellent as the mall of Istanbul is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and accommodative of our needs every step of the way. They offered us complimentary breakfast as a bonus even through we booked our rooms without it. When we requested to have a late check out, they responded by extending our check out time for free! I’m very impressed with the level of dedication to ensuring that anyone who stays at the hotel feels welcomed from the moment they set foot until they leave.

I stayed 3 days in Hilton Mall Of Istanbul it was amazing and staff is really helpfull. Specially Gizem. She is professional and helpful. Thanks for the assistance. The hospitality was amazing also Mr Hamza Ms Esra and Yunus thank you for everything. We will come back. Go team :)

Everything except the pillows

The pillows were not comfortable, the room was so worm, I had to wake-up many times at night to open the window and close it, an open and close the AC

Staff was excellent starting from reception till the housekeeper

I suggest to add the following food to the breakfast: 1- Soy milk. 2- decaf tea and decaffeinated coffee

I liked the way everything is organised at the hotel, including the connection to the Mall, where you can shop, drink and entertained. As a hotel guest you have a key to the bridge, connected to the Mall, so you even don't need to go outside to get there. The breakfast was excellent too!
