The clean and silent room with good panoramic view at 15th floor and grate breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfort and clean.

we book triple room for tow days, but at first night we had just 2 towels and only one shampoo and when I called to reception, they didn't bring us enough towel and shampoo and I get them the next morning. I asked for one cold bottle of water when we arrived our room as there were just tow bottles of water in room temperature, the reception told me it has some cost and I accepted, he brought me one cold water and ask me to pay him cash at that time, while I just arrived hotel and there were no exchange and I still have to get back more than TL 500 from reception. this made me a little sad actually while I pay him the money. I expected he could charge my room and deduct the amount later.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The space smelled so nice and it was super conducive. Transfer to and from the hotel was super easy, and we were able to move around comfortably. The ambience was just what we needed.

I should have emphasised what we needed in the room upon arrival. I wanted some floral arrangements as it was our anniversary, I had asked for it but it didn't happen. It didn't take away from the experience, it would have only made it nicer.

Everything good over all happy 2nd day I come for breakfast and the stop me half my plate 🍽 fill with breakfast and say sir you have to pay i told them its including my booking and the confirmed with reception same awnser I have to pay went downstairs show them my booking still reception girl saying calling her supervisor etc come out from room and say yes its including wasted my 20 mint because I have to take taxi for airport.

Internet not working call to reception and the send someone to check still not fixed call again and the change my room . Have to pack all stuff at 10pm to change room . I arrived early and have to wait for room until 2 pm at reception.

Clean rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. Shahin at the desk was always so helpful. Bell team saved us many time from taxi drivers to not over paying. A lady in the restaurant with a beautiful smiles greeted us every morning. Definitely she made our days with her smiles. In total, we had a great stay at double tree hilton avcilar 😊

The hotel is clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was okay. The most thing I like would be the staff.

Sound proof rooms were missing.
