The hotel excels in every aspect, with exemplary staff behaviour, a prime location, impeccable cleanliness, top-notch service quality, a captivating ambience, and convenient amenities, including a well-functioning elevator and complimentary internet access.

The item rates seem to be on the higher side, and I was hoping to see at least one breakfast dish from my country on the menu, especially since it's a 5-star hotel. I kindly request that you consider including at least one dish from the country where your guests are staying to enhance their overall comfort and experience.

I ended up in this hotel by chance because my friend lives nearby. I came to Istanbul for work related and boom! suddenly I found a place that I am gonna select for the next Event of my company! The hotel has a lot of rooms, the reception, Specially Mustafa is the most professional receptionist that I ever seen during my visits in Istanbul and I am 100% gonna stay more here and not only that, I am gonna select this hotel for the events of my company. The hotel has great rooms, perfect Wifi, easy access to nearby Carrefour and shops and coffeeshops and perfect Sauna / Gym! Specially gym is very well equipped which I did not expect! (I am spending a couple of hours in Gym everyday).

Room service food has space for improvement. However, they are very helpful there.

Good breakfast.

The windows of the room overlooked a busy highway, the sound insulation is not very good and the noise from passing cars caused inconvenience.

I have stayed here many times and I will also come again, the stuff was very helpful and very kind, special thanks to Mr. Mustafa. The location of the hotel is very good and easy to reach by car or by bus. They have a very good parking facility.

Staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, especially Tuncay, who was most welcoming upon my arrival at 02.30 am. Covid-19 precautions were reassuring.

Personally I like to leave a window open for fresh air but the noise from the adjacent road was disturbing, not a criticism of the hotel, just me not realising the traffic volumes in Istanbul.

Room great and good location

The fact you can’t bring food from outside. After going through treatment at hospital close by it would have been nice to have been able to order food from outside.
