Kaya İstanbul Fair & Convention

Since we were visiting the fair which is right next to the hotel, it was a perfect hotel for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with more or less everything you would need. The staff are accommodating. The massage service is great, really professional massage from one of the girls.

Spa area should be more up to the standard, cleaner and relaxing. For example, there is a TV playing some Turkish tv show in the relaxing area which is unacceptable.

The Hotel is very convenient and well organized. Ideal for a couple of days business trip. The view from the executive floor will give you the best of the city and the Bay. Despite the age of the facility, it is run and managed perfectly. The guys at the reception and concierge are covering the top standards of Turkish hospitality! Mustafa is an example of a customer service. The others next to him, Kenan and Eren also impressed me with their attitude and positive response. In short, very satisfactory experience.

Hotel has a very good location if you are going to the exhibition. It is right next to the exhibition hall.They have a very good breakfast. The lobby and the sitting area in the yard are also very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and try their best to make the guests comfortable. In particular, I single out the front desk staff who always help me in any situation.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. The elevators work terribly. Bathrooms in the rooms and the water system also need updating. Unfortunately, the water in the bathroom in my room did not run, so it came out of the bathroom and flooded the whole room. Because of this, I had to change my number, which was very inconvenient.

I was attending the fair in Tuyap. The location is just 100 meters away. was greeted very nicely by the staff. Rooms are spacious and comofortable. Excellent ameneties. Breakfast was very good. For people attending fairs in Turkey , this is an excellent choice.

the experience to take taxi from there to city. Taxi drivers try to play games. The conceirge staff should ensure the guest should not face issues. As we donot speak the same language, drivers try to take you for a ride.

Very comfortable stay during our participation in the exhibition, big and clean rooms. I like the location next to the exhibition and bus station, there is a wonderful shopping mall on the other side, it can be accessed through the bridge. The stuff was so friendly and nice, special thanks to Kenan, Eda, and Mistafa for their assistance during my stay.

excellent service by restuarant, everything was too good.

one one day wi fi was notw orking for few hours. someone from reception called em twice in night when i was sleeping to ask if i need something. the toilet seat could hve been more cleaner , it wasnt as clean as in 5 star hotels, there was a fould smell in shower so i didnt open shower glass and had bath in the bath tub shower instead

Absollotly one of the best stays I had in recent years. With the heavy business schedule that I had in Istanbul and the little time I had available to pay attention to personal details,the hotel manager and the team did not spare any effort to make my stay as plesente and relaxing as possible. The hotel manager Mr. Kadir was personally on top of all details and personally made sure I was feeling at home during my 5 nights stay. Location being close to Tuyap was a great relief. It was just a small walk to my exhibition. Hospitality was good at the Hotel. Would look to stay at this Hotel again.

Despite having an approved late check out, my packages kept in the room was missing when I returned. However on checking with reception, they made sure that the package was returned safely,

It’s in excellent location to the Fair ground and the rooms are big , moreover I got free upgrade to an executive suite which was a real comfort. I want to thank Emre , Amin and Gokhan for their assistance and being so friendly and helpful. I must say breakfast was great also with plenty of choices.

The carpets in the rooms not the suite need to be renovated.

it is in a walking distance to the Tuyap Fair. Breakfast is great and plentiful. the SPA is a nice treat, with hammam, massages, sauna and steam bath, although I expected it to be larger. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very polite and looking to accommodate everyone as best as possible. I’d like to thank especially the guys from reception for being always there for us when needed.

It’s far from everything else than the fair - Taxi is needed for transit to everywhere. but in return, it’s located at the intersection of major highways
