Ibis Istanbul Esenyurt

I liked this hotel, there is a car park, the rooms are tiny, people working here nice, everything was changed and cleaned everydays, the hotel offers you fresh water bottles in the fridge after the cleaning (things that Ibis hotels in France stopped to do many years ago…), there is a going security, and the private service of transfert from the hotel to the New Istanbul International Airport is serious and always on time.

There are no things I did not specially like from the hotel. If you speak with Turks living in Istanbul for a long time, they will tell you the quarter where is located the hotel is bad. Well, it is in partly true, but this quarter is huge and the place where is the hotel does not know security problems. The place is good, in front of the Metrobus stop (working everydays 24/24), near the « Marmara Park » Mall (with Carrefour supermarket, cinema and various restaurants…)

The breakfast was great. We stayed for 7 days and extended it to another 10 and every morning we enjoyed the variety of the breakfast. The rooms are clean. Location is far from Istanbul center almost an hour or an hour and a half by public transportation but the hotel is right infront of the tram bus station. And one bus stop or 10 min walking distance to a nice nearby mall.

The rooms are very very small. The internet in some floors is not working well or not stable and it was so important for me as I had to attend some online meetings and work during my stay.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and it smelled nice. The breakfast buffet was a simple European food, but it was a good quality compared to a 4 star hotel that I stayed at in the area. I really like how fresh their yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and cheese were. The staff were nice and helpful, whenever I needed anything. Also Marmara Park was only a 7 mins walk from this hotel. The location was good as everything was close by.

The room's were a little small with barely any floor space for the bags. But I could live with that since the place was clean and the breakfast was nice.

Because of be a chain hotel, everything were well organized. Staff were friendly and polit. Room was super clean and comfy. The hotel is centralized and next to The MARMARA shopping mall. Anything you need to save your money are close to the hotel: Havaist station (special shuttle bus from Airport to Marmara park), Metrobus(you can go any parts of istanbul).

Just far from tourism part

Great location, close to Marmara park and Migros ,it's a matter of 10 to 15 MN by walk, hospital is also near and working 24/7 , I got my PCR result after 5 hours.breakfast is good and room is clean, I got a nice view from window.I believe it's worth to stay at IBIS! I wanna thank all the staff especially Goksu from reception for her support and welcoming!

Breakfast was excellent, good choise, very tasty. Location actually is good, just 1 minute by walk from metrobus, 10min from AVM Marmara park, but at night time it’s a bit scary to walk alone as there is nothing on the way to the hotel from Marmara park.

No hair conditioner. This is only thing I didn’t like.

Ibis boasts to yoller for help. We requested the staff to warm food due to Ramadan as we were not fasting due to travel. This gesture would have gone a long way but to my dissapointment the staff flatly refused. It would have taken a minute to microwave the food. Please remove the HELP frames from your premises.

The breakfast was really good. Most staff were helpful and quick to guide on what to do when help was needed. The location is very good as we could get taxi's quickly to commute.

The room was small, and the single bed felt really small. The mattress topper kept sliding to the side and felt outdated a bit. I struggled to not fall sometimes at night. There was some delay in clearing out the bins outside the room, but in general hygiene was good.

This is a very good option if you need to stay in this neighborhood. When you book an Ibis hotel in just about any country, you know what to expect, and this one didn't disappoint.

This problem applies more to the location than to the hotel: not many good dinner options around.

Vonderful place, very nice hotel, allways good, very comfy room, and very cozy, clean, very nice breakfast, good location, close have a big shoping center Maramar, and very nice Burger King restouran, awesom hotel, amaizing place, i am very glad to be there, THANK YOU VERY MATCH, AND GREATEST GRATIYUDE FOR YOU DEAR IBIS ISTANBUL ESENYURT !!!
