- Perfect location near Akbati Mall and many restaurants - Nice swimming pool - Clean and good size room - I’d like to thank the housekeeper (unfortunately I forgot to take her name) she was in the 12th floor during our stay, she was so nice and friendly. - The guys in the reception were so helpful and friendly ( Emrah and Hasim ) - Overall all the staff were friendly - I will come again

- They have strange rules that we are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside - We had to sign a paper that they want to use our personal data and information. However, either you can accept it or not - There was no toiletries - There were just paper cup, no glasses cups - No tissue in the room These are not bad things and it will not affect your stay but I had to mention it FYI.

Perfectly located for me near the business location I needed. Large well proportioned rooms with separate bedroom and living area. Rooms larger then normal rather basic but with a full size kitchen and living area. Being directly across from a major upscale shopping mall is a bonus. Many dining options in mall area as well as hotel restaurant. The only complaint I had was the hotels no brought in food policy. While I can understand and am glad that they don’t allow use of the cooking facilities of the kitchen in each unit, 3 bananas, 3 apples and 3 oranges shouldn’t be a problem but was made a major ordeal. Oh yes and a few lemon for my water. Anyway after a debate that the fruit were normal things my 4 year old needs access to they graciously allowed it up. I would return and will return but I guess if I carry up a few fruit I will just hide them instead of assuming the hotel will be reasonable about what is carried in foods.

Rooms are quiet. Staffs are nice especially the bellboy.

- The room floor was not so clean. - We were going out so asked for an iron and ironing board once, then again after 20 minutes. They receptionist assured he will send it immediately. We went out after waiting for another 15 minutes. When we came back we found them in the room. I wonder why they didn’t send them when we asked for them? - I went to the swimming pool. The receptionist girl told me that I need to wear swimming cap. I said I haven’t got any. She offered me one for TL100. It is first time I know it is necessary before I swim in a pool. I thought it is always optional.

This was my second time staying in Nidya Hotel. I stayed for 9 nights with my daughter. It felt like staying at home. We really enjoyed our stay. The best thing I would like to comment on is the professionalism of the staff. The staff are very polite, cooperative and helpful. They properly guide you on questions asked. Hashim and all the staff on the main desk were amazing. The hotel is always kept very clean. Breakfast is full of a variety of food. The location is central to all the main places in the Bacesehir district. Akbati Mall is in front of it, so shopping is quick and easy. I rate it 10 out of 10 for the value for money and will choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul.

It was a good hotel and value for money,the kitchen staff and pool staff were exceptional. I was at the hotel on my BIRTHDAY and they send me a plate full of fresh food and a card saying Happy Birthday.

Do not book it if you want to cook. It says there is kitchen and you can prepare meals, but they are no pots or pan. Therefore no cooking, when we asked the receptionist they said they have stop allowing guests to use the kitchen, therefore we cannot use it, I advise do not go thinking you will cook, however there is big fridge and NO MICROWAVE.

The staff were very polite, helpful and communicated well. I especially want to give a special thanks to Hanifi, one of the managers, who is a wonderful man with a true spirit of hospitality. The valet staff also were extremely professional and courteous.

The only frustrating thing was the lack of bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo); however when requested the staff did promptly refill. The other drawback was that the thermostat was broken, but with the options of open doors, it was still comfortable. Thanks

This hotel is a hidden gem among the many. From the amazing view overlooking the balcony to the friendliness of the hotel staff. I'm blessed to have been able to call it home if only for a week. My deepest thanks and gratitude to Yasin who ensured the taxi driver didn't cheat me on the drive to the airport and taught me the meaning of his name and mine, Haişim and Emrah who always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing, the servers at the restaurant and breakfast buffet who always got my order right, the gentleman from the laundry service as well as those who always said hello, and most importantly, the house keeper who taught me how to use the tea kettle and treated me as family. It's true that one of the best forms of charity is a smile. Peace and blessings to all of you and all whom you love and care for. I am looking forward to the moment we meet again. Jesus

Finally, the housekeeper. All were very kind and helpful. Thank you everyone.

The hotel was right next to a mall that has a food court and many activities for children. Pool, gym and spa facilities were clean and cosy. We received a free upgrade on booking.com and the junior suites were great and had a bath and kitchenette. Breakfast was good. the dining area was well designed with external seating available too . Ali ensar and management were accommodating. There are Restaurants and cafes around the corner where it can get a bit lively at night as there are pubs.

You cannot bring food purchased from outside. The room rate was a bit pricey for us. If we can get a good deal then would love to stay again.
