Whether it's tourist attractions, restaurants, or shopping, you'll find it all just a stone's throw away. The staff at the hotel deserves a standing ovation. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, they were consistently friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. The only drawback during my stay was the size of the room. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more spacious accommodations. However, if you're planning to spend most of your time exploring the area and only need the room for sleeping, it should suffice. .The pool is nice and clean The morning meal at the hotel was decent but not exceptional. While there was a variety of options, the quality of the fruits left something to be desired.

This is place i feel like home. The reception staff is just not polite, friendly and respectful but have every information of Istanbul and they help you with booking if you want. The rooms are a bit small but they are fully equipped with all necessities. There is a elavator . The hotel is close to all the touristic sites- if you get out of the hotel and walk to your right there is a place before the main road that is full of many reasonable restaurants and if you cross the road and go straight then you will be in the Egyptian spice bazar. if you go left when you come out of the hotel then you will reach Hagaia Spohia, Blue Mosque, Cistern. Do ask the hotel to book for you the Night cruise with Belly dance and dinner. i hope their Swimming pool and Sauna has started working. If not then deduct few points in the review so that they make it working soon.

The swimming pool and sauna is not working. The male staff in the breakfast section must be sent to school so that they learn to smile and be more polite.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. In a quiet street but also in middle of all attractions and food places on the door step. Walking distance to all attractions and close to the ferry port. Gulhane park was a bonus. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. Let us check out a little later and luggage storage was no problem. We had to wait a bit for our own transfer company, staff had no problem with us waiting in lobby.

The only thing that was the issue was the drainage in the bathroom. Wasn’t too much of a problem for us to report.

Location is great 4-5 mins away to either Sultanahmet area or Sirkeci area, Metro is like 2 mins away too. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, speaks well english, they are willing to help at any request and whenever we ask for anything they provide it in a blink. Breakfast is super with lots of choices, loved having it everyday. wifi connection was working well too 👌

Location is amazing , near 2 metro stations ( Sirkeci and Gulahne) Near istanbul monuments ( 15 minutes walking ) Breakfast is delicious Team is very friendly,helpful and they speak english very well Room service is excellent, room are clean every morning I really recommend it !

I stayed at Hotel Sapphire Istanbul for a week with my wife and daughter and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and always willing to help. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, and the location was excellent. The room was always clean and the hot water was always on. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul either alone or couple or with family.

this hotel are very central of all the main attractions. and also just 2 minutes away from the tram line. very convenient to go anywhere. many restaurants around . The staff at the hotel are very friendly. My hotel package coming with breakfast as well. I will fully recommend to anyone who looking for budget and central location this is the hotel you looking for .

For the first time, my wife and I decided to stay at a hotel instead of renting an apartment, this hotel with an excellent rating on the booking attracted attention, and it fully corresponded to all the declared amenities. We took the most ordinary double room for 7 nights. 1. The room has: air conditioning, TV, cable, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator, safe, bath accessories (including gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) All of the above worked perfectly. 2. The room is clean, the maid cleaned well. 3. Breakfasts are hearty but the same (tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, hung eggs, a plate of cheeses, cold cuts and different sauces, a roll for tea with honey, "nutella" and jam). 4. The hotel staff are always friendly and smiling, they will help with any questions. 5. WIFI is available in the hotel, it is suitable for surfing the Internet. 6. There are many restaurants near the hotel, there are good grocery stores within walking distance (5-7 minutes) 7. Near a bunch of major attractions and the embankment. You can go to any part of the city, near the Marmaray metro station.

Would have liked more breakfast options. Internet speed 2 Mbps. There are no other wishes, for your money it is a very worthy room.

The hotel is located in a central location close to Istanbul's historical sites like Hagia Sophia, and with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were great and very helpful.

The room was ok but it could be better. The power plugs near the beds were loose and came out of the wall every time we wanted to charge our phones. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. We had some dirt under our beds.

Breakfast was good, location just perfect! Outstanding customer support at the reception

The fact that the war started in a day when I need to leave and I could not go back home any more. It has nothing to do with the hotel but I am full of emotions right now
