- The staff is absolutely wonderful, very friendly, always ready to help. I was there with my family. My father needs medical assistance and they did what was needed to help us find it. - Very central location. 2 main tram station nearby. Walking distance from topkapi, the blue mosque, the Egyptian bazar. Several cafes, restaurants and shops near the hotel (a restaurant in the hotel. - excellent hotel for the family

Although very good, the breakfast would be better if varied from time to time

Very good location, near to main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

From my point of view, breakfast was poor, not much choice.

The location of the Hotel is very good. However, I would suggest that travellers are made aware of the existence of another Best Noble Hotel in Istanbul, which is owned by the same group. We were initially taken to Best Noble Hotel 2. The room is reasonable. Breakfast is excellent.

I can't think of any. The staff try their best to help.

Our 4 nights stay with family of 8 was good. We liked the location . Staff was very nice. Mustafa at front desk is nice, polite and professional. All other breakfast and cleaning staffs are very nice people too. Location is really convenient to the most historical places by only 10-15 mins walking. Lots of more options around like delicious restaurants and many more different stores for shopping.

Only inconvenience is small bathrooms and less space to walk in the room. But i think it's bit hard to find hotel or rooms with very big rooms in that busy area.

Location, value for money.

Manager in reception was alittle bit unprofessional in his mannerisms in welcoming/greeting, u would expect in other similar hotels. Shower/toilet were claustrophobic as small. Cleaner took my personal snacks/fruits from the room but I didn't bother to mention to staff as would've probably got sacked. My money/passport were untouched. My brothers bag was open. He left it closed. Nothing taken. Cleaner could have been hungry but still not hers to take without consent.

Very lovely, small comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, in the historical center, everything is within walking distance! The host is very friendly and will help you with everything you need, helped us with the tram card ! The transfer was organized perfectly. Wifi worked great, the room was small, but very comfortable, the bed with the good mattress, room cleaned and towels changed daily. The restaurant in the hotel provides guests with a 20% discount on lunch, which we really liked. My friends and I really enjoyed the hotel and if we have to visit the city of Istanbul again, we will definitely stay at the Best Nobel Hotel!

I liked absolutely everything!

The location is great. The most popular attractions like Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Gülhane park, Topkapi Saray, Kapali Bazar are walking distance near by. Also, the Eminonu station where you can take the tram to Galata Tower or ship to the Asian side is a few minutes away. The Marmaray metro station for the Asian side also. The hotel is a small, nice hotel. Breakfast is good. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are heated, it was very warm due it was cold and rainy outside. You have towels, soap and tea in the room. Nearby there are a lots of restaurants and shops. Special thanks to the receptionist Telal. He was very helpful and made us feel like home.

This hotel has a strategic location, very close to many sights, Bazaars, Eminonu port, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, many shops and restaurants. It is located between two tram stop, so it is easy to commute to other part of the city with public transportation. The quality/price of the hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but good. They followed COVID-19 measures by preparing individual plates for everyone.

The location is perfect and the metro (Marmara line) and tram station are both accessible easily. The room was quite small coz I took a single bedroom, but the staff was very helpful (i think his name was Mr. Murad; he changed my room without any charge). The breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and towels were changed everyday.

Honestly speaking, I had no time to analyze whats bad in the hotel :) To me, the most important thing was the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. So those two important factors were met so I don't complain. The staff was very friendly and hospitable people.

The staff are lovely! The location is fantastic- nearby to all of the major tourist attractions. The bedrooms are pretty spacious.

The showers have no water pressure. The mattresses are heavily stained, which made me question how clean the room actually was- but I think it was just cigarette stains. The breakfast isn’t the best, but the staff are wonderful and because it’s buffet style you can eat as much or as little as you want.
