I can say just all the best for this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious in comparison to other hotels in Istanbul. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed too (you don't need to ask them to do that). Breakfast is great and fresh every day, which is the most important. You will really not be hungry. Location is perfect, very close to tram and ferry station, to Sultanahmet and to Grand bazaar. The staff is so kind and friendly, and always greets you warmly, they make you feel like at home. I can say all the best for receptionists (Ali and Tuncay), and also for waiters for the breakfast, cleaning lady and the chef. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. This is way the best hotel I have stayed in in Istanbul. I cannot wait to go back again. :) They exceeded my expectations. :) Plus, you have water in your fridge free of charge every day. And fridges are very clean! :) By the way, just know that transfer cannot stop at any hour in front of the hotel, because the roads get closed after 10.30am (if I remember well the info). But you will not walk more than 100m to the hotel, which is still fine. :)

I just missed more hangers for the clothes in the wardrobe. :)

Small and cosy room but has everything you need. They have 24hours check in services which is great for travelers checking in during odd hours. Location is great and many attraction spots are within walking distance. Breakfast place was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Food selection was decent in my opinion. There were fries, sausages and boiled eggs for "hot food". The rest were fruits, cereals, salad, cakes and gozleme pancake (turkish pancake?). Also, did I mention... Staffs were all friendly and nice! Kudos to the team.

All good, bed was a little soft for my liking but generally no issue.

Just Inn Hotel is great place, delicious breakfasts, perfect transfer to the airport. Very helpful reception staff (Ali and Tuncay). They were always there when we needed them: we wanted an extra blanket, it was no problem, printing airline tickets was - no problem, coffee, tea, water - no problem. Wonderful location close to Aya Sofia and Eminonu. A safe and friendly place. We will definitely return to Just Inn Hotel.

we took the room in the ground floor and the reception staff are so loud that we can’t sleep one day we had electricity cut for the whole hotel although all the neighborhood were perfectly running however we were out of electricity and internet for one night our airconditioner was not working for a whole night and it was so hot inside and the best they could offer was a fan and offwring us a room in the basement

Staff - very friendly, knowledgeable and swift. Facilities - generally very good indeed, but the WiFi was hopeless. There's a laundry service right next to the hotel. Cleanliness - very good indeed. Comfort - very good. My stay was in the middle of June, and the aircon was thankfully very quiet. Value For Money - I paid less than £100 for three nights slap bang in the middle of Istanbul. Terrific value for money. Location - barely a five minute walk from Sirkeci station. Right in the middle of the action, with Sultanahmet up hill and the Bosphorus River down hill. Surrounded by good restaurants.

WiFi was non existent.

Very good value for the price. We had superb breakfast and the nicest staff ever - especially the 2 receptionists. It has a perfect location, fast wifi, comfy beds, and every day cleaning. We got free and delicious coffee and tea when we wanted. Definitely recommend it.

We had little space in the double room. There are a little old and noisy equipments (especially in bathroom), air conditioner only worked every 2nd day - in all rooms we had.

The staff are friendly, I was fasting so I asked for sohoor at 4 am rather than breakfast and they offered that, Rajab the receptionist was too kind and he will bring my early breakfast (sohoor)to my room, Thank you for that. The location is excellent within walking distance to Aya Sofia Mosque. The room has tea making facility and fridge which was good. It was basic single room with every thing in it and daily cleaning unless I didn't want to be disturbed.

There was a construction work in the next building during day and it was so noisy!. I will be awaken by 8 am by noises. Hopefully it would have finished by now.

Very well located, easy walking distance to Sirkeci train station. Also close to tram line. The hotel has an elevator so no stairs needed. The rooms are comfortable and a decent size for Istanbul. Tea/ coffee station and fridge with water provided. Tuncay and Ali at the front desk are both very helpful and friendly assisting me with anything I required. Breakfast is basic but good.

Breakfast could have more variety. It was the same for three days.

The staff is friendly and willing to help and advise. Especially Mister Ali definitely deserves all 10 points. Great location, within walking distance of the sea, bazaar, shopping centers, everything you need.

The hotel needs renovation. Especially the bathroom was to small. Breakfast needs some diversity. same breakfast every day. Safe case not working.

The staff of this hotel is amazing! I've never met so friendly, welcoming and always ready to help persons! I booked a single room but they gave me a double one without any additional cost (and even without asking :). Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the manager, but he was very helpful and provided me with good tips on the restaurant and best money exchange nearby. He also noticed my time of departure from the hotel and booked a taxi for me (we discussed it but I did not ask for booking). It was a great surprise when he called me in the morning exactly at the time when I was planning to leave and informed that the taxi was waiting for me. What an excellent service! It turned out even cheaper than the Uber. As I was checking out early before breakfast, he also prepared a sandwich for me and helped with the luggage. Thank you very much for being so caring, kind and helpful! Another manager, Jibreel (sorry if my spelling is incorrect), is great too! He was always smiling, wondering if everything was alright and if I needed something. He provided me with ironing facilities and helped to switch on the air conditioner (as it was a bit tricky). As it was quite noisy in my room with all the sounds coming from the street and I have a light sleep, he provided me with a triple room which was facing an inner yard, was quiet, big and very comfortable. I was totally impressed by such level of hospitality and would like to thank very much the great staff of this hotel (especially Jibreel)!
