Erboy Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

very clean, great location. Very safe we forgot a chocolate box outside our room overnight and in the morning the box was returned to us by the cleaning lady which is doing great work everyday.

On a night while we were entering the hotel the front desk asked us in a rude way ( which room you were staying in ? ) of course it’s the hotel right to ask however the question could have been asked in a good manner. We think there was no suction/extract fan in the bathroom and there was no heating system in the bathroom which is really difficult for Istanbul. Overall it was a great experience and we are happy that we stayed in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The building is modern, well kept and clean. The location was ideal, walking distance to all tourist attractions! Lovely roof top. Good communication with the staff.

No iron meant we had to pay 25l to get 1 item of clothing ironed! I understand it is a safety hazard however many other hotels keep the iron in reception area and once used by customers it is returned! Or there should be an option where hotels have discount offers for customers. It ended up costing as we were a family of 4. Some hotels have a iron room which is monitored - they definitely should look into this.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is superb, just 5 minutes walk to Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. 10 minute walk to Galata Bridge. Tram stop right next to the hotel. The room was perfect, not too cramped for 2 people. All facilities looked new and fresh. The room and the bathroom were squeaky clean. The cleaning was done thoroughly every day. The staff changed towels every day, added new shampoo bottles, added 2 bottles of drinking water per day. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Also if you stay don’t miss out on the hotel’s restaurant! The view from the rooftop terrace was awesome! The food was delicious and reasonably priced!

Great Hotel. We were welcomed by Edis, sorry if we have that wrong, the Service Manager. She was brilliant, very helpful, made us feel very welcome as first time visitors to Istanbul. We were really happy with everything. Our room, a triple room, was large enough, it was quiet, comfortable, the bed was great, overall very nice. The location of the hotel is hard to beat. Close to tram, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar, the waterfront, easy walking everywhere . Plenty of restaurants everywhere around We were so glad we chose The Erboy. Great job guys.

The hotel is located in the city centre and many hot spots are at a walking distance from the hotel. The staff is amazing and make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The room we stayed in was clean and modern and had a nice big window with a view of the streeth. The breakfast was fresh and diverse. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Erboy hotel and we will certainly come back when visiting Istanbul again.

This is my second time staying here and it will not be my last. The room was perfect and the staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also one half block from the tram and maybe a five minute walk to the harbor. There are shops and restaurants all around the area, and if you're touring Sultanahmet, this is where you need to stay.

Simply amazing! Erboy was an excellent hotel, I do not know where to start... The reception staff was really helpful, especially the consierge lady, she helped us with all the questions and concerns. The room was clean and everything was in order, every day we had new supply of water and coffee, thing that you do not get in other hotels. The restaurant personel was also amazing, the waiters and the maitre'd were all around the place making sure nothing is missing for the guests, always with a smile on their faces! The location of the hotel is great- on its left is 100 meters from tram line T1, which can take you to every main attraction in Istanbul, on the right 200 meters away is a Marmaray metro station... Preety much the hotel connection to the city is the best. As a couple, we had the best stay in Erboy hotel! When we thought that that is it, can't be any better - we were leaving at 4:00 in the morning, the receptionist and one of the waiters wished us a warm farewell and handed us breakfast bags... - that we did not expect! 😊 A huge Thank you to Erboy hotel and its personel!

Maybe a few more channels in English on the Tv, but not a big deal, since we were bussy exploring the city.

This was my third time in Istanbul but this was the very best hotel. Everything was very clean, rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towells are delivered. Rooms are great, everything is new. Breakfast has planty of choices. Room service is great and easy to use. Looking forward to enjoy your roof terace next time.

Great staff - all were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size, modern and comfortable. Room was also quiet to internal noise (externally - you’re in the middle of a main tourist area so expect some noise - but we knew this from past experience and didn’t find that a problem). Nice, varied breakfast in a calm, well managed/staffed, breakfast room. Breakfast was served to 11am which meant no rush in the mornings :) Hotel felt secure and the area, indeed everywhere we went, felt safe. Convenient for T1 tram stop which is just a hundred metres away, and with main tourist sites like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Egyptian Market, Bosphorus ferries etc all only a short walk away. Overall, pleasantly impressed and would certainly recommend and would stay again.

Brand new hotel in excellent condition. Perfect central location, 1 minute walk to Gulhane station, 4 minutes to Eminonu, 7 minutes to Sultanahmet. Very clean and they have Safe Tourism certificate for covid. The staff members are helpful and the breakfast waiters very attentive and quick. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Windows and walls are soundproof, bed and pillows are comfortable. They have 2 lifts, a nice lobby, a reading room and a guest assistant to help you with anything you need. This hotel really exceeded our expectations in every way. Will definitely consider Erboy hotel for our next visit!
