Al Bustan Centre & Residence

The position next to the metro station. For us using a rented car a big value was the free underground parking and the good breakfast with small changes in variety. Wifi was also fast and steady both in the room but also in the breakfast area which is located in the food court of the mall where the hotel is located. The studio apartment came with a kitchen including a toaster and a boiler. The above equipment is useful in a family stay, in accordance with the well sized bedroom. The room equipment was maintained properly and was fuctional. We spoted a smal lickage in the washbasin of our bathroom but probably room cleaning service already spoted and reported to the maintance personel who they ask to repair it. We were in the room and told them to come the next day in the morning. Next day afternoon the lickage was not there anymore and we assume that they take care of it in the morning.A super market, pharmacy, ATMs, Mac Donalds and Bank Branch are all present in the Mall and you will encounter them as you walk from the reception towards the breakfast area :). Room cleaning was daily with towel and bed sheets changing and water replace, except some days in our 7 night stay where they forget to replace the two 500ml botlles. We needed and extra pillow in our 0100 late check in and was in our door in apx 5 minutes. Late check out was apx at 0500 fast and efficient. In a few minutes we took our 200 dirham guarantee with the room checked out in the meantime by the hotel personnel allowing us to depart in our schedule in order to catch our flight from Abu Dhabi back to Athens.

The registration of two mobile devices in the wifi network of the hotel its an outdated policy. The breakfast area is located in the reception level, but in the food court of the mall, meaning a good 3-4 minute walking from the reception. Even if the hotel facilities are well maintained and fuctional an update is needed starting from the carpets and supporting furniture of the rooms as a priority.

Every other thing was just perfect

Only one staff male, very welcoming,the rest dont even respond to greeting and serve food as though they arent happy,i mean the breakfast team...not encouraging at all,atleast à warm welcome will do no harm,den no molinex in the kitchen,no microwave,makes cooking limited

We are staying there not the first tome and good thing is that despite of the time going keeping its hood sides, good location, grocery shop, pharmacy, food court, parking, metro station nearby, transfer to the beach, affordable prices for stay you can always count on it there

Not to tell I didn't like obviously the hotel and facilities were built rather long time ago, off course renovation happens. but it is just for information, like obvious fact for those who has over expectation.

The room is very cozy, clean, good furniture.

Limit on the number of devices connected to a wi-fi network

The staff was very kind and always helpful. They tolerated cultural diversity to the greatest challenge. As we had our family wedding at the place they were around us and very supportive in every way possible. On arrival on the 21st at about 730am, we were booked in earlier than normal by this "nice, giant,smart youngish" gentleman and we had the privilege of sleeping and taking bath. He is the same that signed us out on the 24th. We very much appreciate the place and the smiling staff on duty during our short visit. I think the name of the men on duty was Dave something

Nice stay for ATM ,it was very nice stay for my business trip for ATM in dubai on World trade center in term of price and near metro station, the staff was amazing, from reception, bellboy, housekeeping very friendly and doing their job very fast ,breaking was very delicious, with alot of food varieties, their was big shopping mall in ground floor had what ever you want, no need to go outside ,along with big parking on the basement, of course I recommend this hotel to everyone and sure I will come again.

Everything was perfect

One of the best hotels to say in. Everything you need you can find. A comfortable very clean and neat room with attached kitchen so you can cook your own food. Fast Wi-Fi. All the staff are welcomeing and ready to help you. There is outdoor swimming pool so you can relax and enjoy the swim. There is a shopping Mall inside the hotel supermarket and pharmacy so all you needs are there no need to go outside. I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I stayed in Club Room. You enjoy a free pick up from Airport to the Hotel if you book a club room for two. I enjoyed my stay there. everything about the room was clean, convenient and comfortable. They have applaudable Room service readily available whenever i contacted them. Wide spread of Breakfast that changes everyday. Special thanks to staff, Vivekananda during breakfast, was efficient👍🏻 Front desk service by Ghaly was accommodative, he informed us of breakfast, services and guided a smooth check out as well👍🏻. Hicham from bell service was also amicable👍🏻 The Hotel is centred near train station and has easy access to travel various places. the stove in the room is cool, we did try and cook small meals and the shops within hotel, supermarket, MacDonald and foodcourt was convenient. Thank you Al Bustan for making my first time visit in Dubai pleasant and Amazing, il definitely come back to your hotel whenn i travel to Dubai again💜🫰🏼

It's one of the best hotels I always book there. The room is conformable and vast everything you need you will find. I want to thank Mr.fadi at the reception for the fast and professional check-in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful. I recommend Al Bustan Centre Hotel for family and friends. Thanks for the nice stay.

The beds were comfortable, the free water bottles were appreciated, and everything worked fine. The delicious breakfast was included in the room price, which increased the value.

When we called to get directions for our taxi, they did not tell us which door to stop at, although they have multiple doors and only one is open at night. We arrived around midnight, and did not appreciate having to walk around their huge complex to the other side, lugging our suitcases, when the taxi had already left.
