Staff is great. They offered me a late checkout just because we arrived at 4 am and that’s all we needed!

Free shuttle is a lie. It only works a few times in the morning, so don’t expect to enjoy it if you arrive in the afternoon or evening. They also don’t reply to your messages when you ask about the shuttle.

Nice hotel, about 5 min from the airport, close to metro station, good breakfast, very comfy beds

the bathroom! Very strange solution in my opinion.. Glass walls with an only shared door for shower and toilet (when the shower is closed the toilet is open and vice verso). It might be ok when you are alone but in 2 you want some privacy..

This is my second time staying there, and it's really convenient for being very close to the airport, especially if your flight is in mid-day so you will easily skip the rush hour as you already mins away from the airport

I came late and if your reservation wasn't paid it may get canceled I was lucky and found a room but if you will arrive after 6 pm make sure your reservation is paid

Booked hotel for location convenience for business meetings. Close to Metro station, airport and local eating out options. Very reasonably priced hotel, with good standard of breakfast, customer service and friendly help and advice. If I was visiting for a holiday, it would be nicer to stay closer to Dubai city, however, was easy to catch the Metro to go into Dubai city or visit any other major attractions in the day, or at night. As the hotel was ver reasonable, I booked a king room and this was a good idea as I stayed for 8 days.

The down side of this location was that if you wanted to enjoy Dubai city then you did need to travel. However, given the congestion of traffic in Dubai city, the Metro was a great option as even if you tried to take a taxi at night or peak hours you could have been stuck on the roads for at least 2 hours. So although a little further out, had the benefit of cheaper hotel cost and excellent Metro transport. So the money you save on hotel you could add to tours, etc.

Great location for quick turnaround stay over

Free transit from Airport was advertised, but not made clear that Terminal 2 was not included.

Location was really good. Close to GICCO Metro Station. Also walking distance to the nearest shops and restuarants. And more importantly very close to the Airport which is what I wanted right from the start In terms of the room, I choose a room with two single beds. Room was clean, maintained well We had air condition, good space, tv, desk, chairs, fridge, kettle with tea and sugar supplementary which was nice of the hotel

One door used for toilet and shower So if one was having shower the door would be open and so that could have been thought of more of design and layout rather than anything else. But having said that, the glass were frosted so essentially both can use and just would need to communicate when there out and sort of look away etc

Breakfast spread is really nice. Custom made eggs omelette is a nice touch. Liked the food. Location of omelette station gets everybody backed up wasting precious morning minutes, if you are in a hurry. The facility should look into that aspect to move the morning crowd smoothly. Staff are super helpful, always pleasant, guidance very useful. Evening dinner service was very quick, food tasty and priced appropriately for the location. Our 2 day stay at the location was uneventful and pleasant. Wi-Fi could be better. But functional. Appreciate Andrew’s (Travel Desk) help. Thank You Sruthi and Andrew and the charming wait staff in restaurant, and omelette station staff. Overall a pleasant 48 hours experience, and will stay there if we are in Dubai in future.

Shuttle is NOT available after 12 noon from airport. That fact is NOT clear when booking, though we made a special request. Had to pay about 30 for a taxi. Unexpected expense. Lacks robust WI-FI. Functional, but should have liked a bit better if it was.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Staff such as Khalid and another female at the front desk I forgot her name and could beat myself because she was so nice. The African manager was the BEST- calm and professional, too. I'm so sorry I lost your names- I had to reset my mobile, but I had to still review - you 3 were amazing and made my stay worthwhile. I would go as far as say everyone except another manager was GREAT! Furthermore, the hotel was also clean, the food was nice and everyone seemed and was pleasant. The free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus, and I would recommend this hotel without thinking, and I will be returning! Thank you.

Shehab, the manager, had an ego taller than him and was extremely rude and unprofessional, in my opinion. He definitely needs training on speaking to females, listening, and being empathetic. He didn't even understand my query or resolved it as he was too busy telling me he's the manager and asserting his rudeness! Like I don't care who you are, just be respectful to EVERYONE also staff!!! Anyhow, apart from my brief encounter with him, I would recommend this hotel 100x.

Its not my first stay in this iconic place but my last stay i faced an issue since my card has been charged 3 times with different amounts and when i notice the same i asked the night manager Mr arkan explain the issues. What i liked here is arkan was very honest and he agreed that its a system issues which can happened and the transactions has been recorded and he will handed over to the morning team. Other things i liked when i came in the morning i didn’t explained again the issues found the duty manager was aware and he approached me in very professional interactions and apologies and he promised then he took a serious action with finance to refund the over payment . Kudos the from office team for the LEARN method which was applied to deal with the complaint and to recover me with late check out without asking as a gesture. This is the real HOSPITALITY well done the management

New Reusable water bottles are very practical and environmental friendly. I noticed that this time for breakfast the cutlery and tissues were already set on the table.

I think you need more tables for breakfast area and it would also helpful if you change the bread area so that it would be easily accessible. I suppose if you could use a commercial conveyer toaster that would be faster and easier to use. And please renew the towels and also a per of slippers wouldn't be of a great charge but adds a lot of value to the room.
