Lavender Hotel Al Nahda Dubai

The size of the room, the location, the kindness of the receptionist, great value for those fees.

The underground parking requires a good cleaning, I have never seen such a place before. The oil spill everywhere. It is a parking however it is very badly indicated where we shall park. Sad that it was the first place we have see, because the hotel is nice itself and offer a spacious rooms and the room is pretty well equipped. The temperature in the room was very cold. Extremely cold. And I could not fix it.

This is the 2nd time we booked lavender..stay was good. But this time the price was quiet expensive and washroom heater was not working

Breakfast was very good. The hotel location, I was not too happy, a bit remote. Transport was limited, I had to use Taxis everytime. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff. The hotel room was also excellent, very clean.

The Hotel Sauna was closed during my stay. Transport was limited, to and from the hotel, I had to use Taxis all the time.

Breakfast was excellent. Very nice spread and value for money. Be sure to buy whole breakfast as one day we bought only tea which costed us 12ish AED and Breakfast itself was 35 AED. Staff at reception was excellent Porter service was beyond expectations

Location is on border of Dubai and Sharjah, so lot of taxis refuse to come there specially after evening. It would be good and helpful if the hotel starts airport pick and drop shuttles. Some staff had no clue how to get to Dubai city centre, where is bus stop, how to get to metro, is metro running today etc. The bathtub got clogged and had to be cleaned 2 times by us in 2 days and also there was some mould near taps.

It was totally nice experience, Neat and Clean the property, always fast WiFi, and the restaurant ambience was good with great breakfast, and nice Swimming pool with awesome assistants , Me and my family enjoyed a lot.

I given 9 marks out of 10, because when we came back to Room after our outing around 12.30 midnight, my access card was not working , then aprox 15 mnts I was standing out side the room in corridor with my family, then someone came and solved the issue. That was only the negative thing I faced from this property. I hope this type of issues never will repeat to others. Thank U. With Regards Julaibeeb Meempatta

The place is quiet and comfortable, its location is excellent in terms of reaching the required places quickly, the behavior of the staff is very excellent, and the hotel services are excellent

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the sheets that need more sterilization, such as dust, like the smell of other people who used the same sheets without sterilization. Also, some small lighting next to the bed needs to be checked and changed.

I am on a backpacking tour in the middle east and was making a stop in dubai to take some rest. because of this hotel it where 4 nights instead of my plan for 2 nights. The bed was amazing like i sleep on clouds, the staff where so friendly that i was like feeling home (and akward because they carried my big backpack everywhere if i wanted) and the pool was amazing with the entire day in the sun but also shadow if u like. and the guys at the pool where so kind everyday again. and it also was so close to the beach!

the location is a bit far from like the big malls. but for me thats okay because i needed some rest and not in the middle of a big street. Also the price of the hotel changed everyday and on every page it is different. the second 2 nights i booked with an other website because booking.com was 40.- more and at the reception it was 20 euro more. it would be better if the hotel it self offers the best prices instead of internet.

Hotel was great indeed. I rate it as EXCEPTIONAL . 1- Location was very nice, directly on Etihad road so very easy to go wherever you like. 2- Staff was very respectful, polite & supportive. 3- Hotel in general is very clean and well organized. Room is super clean and equipped with refrigerator, and very nice view. 4- Breakfast was amazing and meet everyone's expectation because of the variety of food. 5- Free parking under ground so no worries about tickets. 6- Price was very affordable

The place is very quiet and less crowded. The receptionist at the front desk was accommodating and friendly upon assisting me with my booking. The room was clean and cozy, way more than I expected for a budget price for a hotel. The place is near to 2 bus stops going to the metro and Sahara mall, there is a grocery nearby as well.

There wasn't a spa available in-house at the hotel.
