Beds were very comfortable with great linen. Very well thought out 2 bedroomed apartment with some great features eg the lazy boy chair in the lounge. Delicious cappuccino at breakfast with the option for take away. Great gym. A very quiet aparthotel, safe & a great base for a tourist holiday on a budget I'm Dubai. We were amazed that we never heard any airplanes while we were staying at the hotel.

The only thing I found odd was that rubbish bin bags were not provided.

Everything was perfect. Gym and swiming pool area are well maintained and staff make sure that your stay is as smooth as possible. I will definately stay there again. Location is also perfect. And there is daily bus available to go to airport and city. This is added advantage.

Everything was ok. Breakfast was also good but it was exactly same everyday. Small variations would have been nice.

The breakfast was amazing, is not big but has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was nice for traveling with a baby. We loved the TV and how you can move it to the bed size or the sitting area. The bathroom is big and the shower is really good and powerful. The pool although is not big is really good and there is a lot of sitting area. There is free parking very convenient and covered.

There is a lack of attention to detail in the room. Like the toilet roll holder was loose, the screws behind the TV were not screwed all the way in or that the plastic of the key reader kept falling. We stayed 1 week and after the second day we didn't have toilet paper, when we asked we were told there wasn't any and they gave us a tissue box instead. How can a hotel run out of toilet paper? When they cleaned the room there was lack of detail again, the kitchen area was not cleaned once and i had to leave the trash can out for them to empty it. The pillows were very flat. All this things are not big deal but it takes away from all the experience

Additionally, while the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the common areas, such as scuffed paint and worn-out carpeting. These could be addressed to maintain the overall appearance of the hotel.

i feel if they would have a better arrangement for transportation, the day i visited they were having some account issues with taxi service careem.

Worst part is the shuttle service to airport there are very few slots first one is 6:10am and then next is two hours after and so on which is not convenient. adding more options specially in peak hours is a must. breakfast could have better displays I had to ask to ketchup. pancakes has no whipping crème. there was no latte options for someone who isn't a coffee person less tea option. i would recommend keeping some to go options for someone who would be running late to catch flight.

The hotel was very nice, so close to the airport. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Roof top was beautiful, lovely big sun beds around the pool and food was very nice. The pool just needs to be warmer was to cold for my children and myself and the water pressure for the showers needs to be a lot more powerful.

The roof top and pool was lovely but the water was to cold for my baby & child, needs to be slightly warmer and it would be perfect stay. The bathroom was nice and clean but the water pressure for the shower wasn’t strong at all. I found it very difficult to wash my thick long hair.
