The view from the roof top with a beautiful wind. The toiletries are really top quality. Provided me with a complimentary bed for the child even though it was not included in the booking.

The pool is closed at 07:00pm which should have been made available at least till 11:00pm to make best use for families who usually go out during day time and comes late. Breakfast could have been made available with different menu for each day which would have increased the experience levels to the customer.

I like the location of the room because it allowed me to have a glimpse of the main road and outside view. I like the cleanliness of the room as well. The room cleaners did excellent jobs.

Everything went well except 2 things. 1. The kitchenette's location. It could have been somewhere away from bedroom. Food smells were discomforting each time I warm something to eat. Besides, the room was of average size. 2. The bathroom was neat and clean. The only problem is the bathtub. Water runs down from the bathtub to wet the floor and makes it slippery. That has to be looked into, something should be done to stop the flow of water down the floor when someone is using the shower. I was always cautious not to slip and fall. Not everyone can be that mindful.

Appartements are nice and correctly furnished. Beds are really confortable. Hotel is well located, far away from city center but very close to the airport. Staff if nice and helpful. The restaurant is good. It is very easy to grab a taxi. There is a small mall 5 minutes away with a carrefour supermarket. Staff is really nice and polite.

There was a strong cigarette smell in our apartment on our first 5 days, then it slowly disappeared. This was not nice. Kitchen should also be really fully equipped. We were 4 people and I had to ask several times to make them bring all necessary items like plates, mugs... They never brang glasses for water. We drank directly out of the bottles. There should be a real procedure on what should be in the kitchen.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday. We really want to thank Shalu for the very thoughtful and warming welcome. She was very helpful with all of our questions and even provided some birthday cake to make the day even more special. Of course, we are going to stay here again and can recommend this place for everyone!

On a positive note, the bed was comfortable with a well-maintained mattress and pillows, and the room was quiet, facilitating a good night's sleep. The check-in process was efficient and speedy, and their room service was prompt and of good quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is convenient parking available in the basement.

The bed had an unpleasant smell, seemed inadequately cleaned, and I encountered small cockroaches and flying insects in the bathroom, which was both annoying and unhygienic. During breakfast at the restaurant, I was bothered by flying insects, and there was no electric insect killer in sight. Additionally, the buffet lacked food covers, which was also frustrating.

Excellent experience. I came to the hotel with my family for a special occasion. Everyone there is very professional, helpful, and has positive attitude. Special thank to Miss Hidaya who helped me as well as my family a lot. She has excellent communication skills. Special and exclusive thanks to Miss Kris. The hotel is blessed to have Miss Kris around. She made our stay so perfect that we couldn’t ask for more, and she helped me personally on the day of the special occasion, I don’t know what I would have done without her, and I will never forget her. Thank you all and I would definitely come again thanks to this amazing staff.
