Chelsea Plaza Hotel

Room were good, but maintenance was not up to date a bit, things were getting old. But overall a comfortable and very good place to stay in budget.

The check-in process, there check-in timing are from 12pm to 2pm, but even informing and booking before hand through booking.com, I had to wait 2 hours for the room to check in, its unpleasant to wait in lobby so long after a long flight journey even when you have a pre-booking

Breakfast is too monotonous. They could do with variety, the non vegetarian selection is boring

Noise. Party at the club down Every night till 3 am. So better ask a room at 6-7th floor cause is not so much noise

Very convenient location, valet parking and a rock band on the second floor... excellent place.

At this price level you can't complain. Possibly a little noisy in the room.

We were there to attend Gitex so the hotel was located close so one can even walk to the venue (almost 25 min walk) if the requirement occurs as traffic is a mess during that time. There were restaurants and shops close by that you could go to and have food and do some shopping. The room size, bathroom, bed comfort and other facilities were quite good for the price we paid. The cleanliness was also good. There were 4-5 bars and restaurants inside as well that you could visit.

The lobby could have been made more cosy and the lift definitely needs replacement.

The staff was realy nice and was there for you when you need it. The hairdresser at the hotel was realy realy good so if you need an haircut i strongly recomend it. The breakfeast bufeet isnt the same everyday some dishes change and some stay like the chicken sausage. Remember you can also order other dishes included with your breakfeast, like poached egg or ommelete. There is also huge variation of foods to choose from the menus. 10/10 :)

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view out the window was pretty nice. The staff was very courteous and offered to help if we needed it.

There were no available outlets for our phone chargers. The lighting was good but It would have been nice to turn some of the lights off individually. There was no video signal on the TVs. Our room was located 3 floors above the hookah bar and we could hear the muffled sound of the music. It made it a little rough to sleep.

good value hotel. nice location in commercial area with Resturant and mobile shops. free parking. polite and helpful staff especially Bijian from reception and Ibrahim from concierge.

light is weak especially my room has a white savers lamp. the noise from the pops after midnight.

Hotel staff is very kind and proffessional, especially the room cleaner Naresh. Very comfortable accommodation and the food is also tasty.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit worn, which is a little more pronounced in the bathrooms. Also, the loud music until the early morning hours from the hotel disco bar slightly disrupts quality rest.

The breakfast was fine. The entire staff was very cooperative specially at the reception, Ms Madumi & Mr Mori.
