I liked the room service staff although it was late night I had called for water & they delivered it

Was at breakfast time there where no staff to attend the visitors like taking any special requests of eggs required & even when the food was getting over there was no one to get it refilled people where waiting for the bread & milk to get refilled

Breakfasts were superb with varieties of options to choose from and one can order additional things on demand as well - which was pretty good. Location is bit far from central however hotel has excellent bus services two times a day going to Dubai mall and Le Mer beach. Bus driver was very good to keep your reasonable request to wait incase you are delayed. Overall stay was very good and peaceful.

The staff was pleasant, very responsive and polite. Breakfast area and the breakfast was outstanding. We just booked the room with breakfast, but the hotel offered us with 1 night complimentory dinner free of cost. Was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean and bright with all amenities and room service worked hard for maintenance.

Everything was exceptional. The rooms and hotel was always very clean. The staff was very friendly and prompt on service when calling reception to ask for extra things. The breakfast was awesome with such a big variety of foods , omelletes , that even seemed like it was also a lunch with salads etc. Navid was always friendly and made our experience like we had him as a personal waiter. He is exceptional in customer service. The complimentary shuttle bus was also a very good service that saved some money from using any taxi's to places at and near the Dubai mall. This is definitely a place I will recommend to anybody and use again.

Hotel is great choice for those who look for great value for money. We liked the shuttle to the beach. It could add one more stop to nearest metro station next time as metro is quite far. Otherwise all with the hotel was fine. Anyways taxis are affordable🙂

We stayed in a studio with a kitchen. The kitchen was very nice, but we missed more kitchenware. We ended up not cooking finally, as we originally planned, but for some guests this may be inconvenient.

The room was just what we needed as I was travelling with two kids, we had enough space in the room, and having the possibility to cook and do the laundry was really great. The staff was really kind and helpful anytime we had a question and they made the stay easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was also nice and the ambience and environment were really great for the children . Will definitely go back for my next stay

The only think that the hotel may need to improve is on breakfast! It was really nice but at some point the hotel was full and it looked like the kitchen didn't plan on having so many people at the same time so you had to wait for several minutes before food was being refilled. A bit more diversity will be perfect!

The breakfast was very good. My whole family enjoyed the breakfast, however, we are going to miss it :), the dinning hall was very clean, the services were excellent. The taste of the food was same as we have in our homes. My kids enjoyed the gym. Infact, they were not very happy to return back home. the support staff was very cooperative. Shuttle service is one of the best services in the hotel.

If possible, the menu for breakfast can be changed: if not daily, atleast after 2 days, other than this, i do not think of anything else that we didn;t like there. Every thing was very well orgainized

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that was clean, quiet and spacious. It had an iron, ironing board,hairdryer and washing machine which was very helpful. We also received bottles of water every day along with having our room cleaned. Breakfast is included and there is a rooftop pool. You can also get a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and La Mer beach 3 times a day. The staff here are fantastic- very kind and helpful. We loved our stay here.

There is currently construction work going on on the roads surrounding the hotel which means traffic builds up and it takes a bit of extra time to get where you want to go. But this is nothing major.

The stay was exceptional. From the moment we got out of the taxi, when Mehboob the security guy outside took our bags, to when Sri, the receptionist checked us in, it was ace. That's what made us confirm the stay as we still were skeptical! The housekeeping were so on point and quick with our requests. Rooms were so spacious and clean. We were given an early check in by Sri who was very kind and friendly. So was Omar and Vidya. The breakfast was phenomenal. Naveed is a gem. Always smiling and talking. The variety was awesome. Will miss the humus and the freshest feta cheese and the masala tea. The area was always clean and spotless. It's your staff that make your hotel 5* not 4*. The lobbies always smelt heavenly to the point I contacted your supplier for the mistifier. Only that I found the unit quite expensive to purchase. The rooftop pool was lovely. The gym, though we didn't use it, was adequate and very clean. The common restrooms were always clean. The lifts were very fast. The shuttle service was on point and very helpful and the transfer back to the airport was appreciated. Your travel desk manned by Murtaza from Rayna was very helpful. Sunil, front office was always smiling and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely come again if we ever come to Dubai again and more importantly will recommend this hotel to everyone.

I try and try to pinpoint what I didn't like but can't seem to think of one thing. Some mosquitos at the breakfast area sometimes...

Such a beautiful place..it has a unique feel and the facilities are wonderful, one great pool on the roof terrace with heavenly views, we loved relaxing here. The complex is lovely, great restaurant area and inside dining space. Super friendly staff, especially the lovely man working in the mornings in the breakfast area (sorry, but i forgot his name). They accommodated gluten free and vegan for breakfast with no problems (every day, on special request, they made us porridge on plant milk). Hugely relaxing for a few days with nothing to do except swim, sunbathe, wander and enjoy good food and wine.

Quite poor breakfast offer, a problem with the drain and side glass protection in the shower, poor design and workmanship creates constant flooding of the bathroom area.
