Absolutely! I'm delighted to share more details about our experience at IBIS Central One Dubai. Regarding the room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfort. Despite being a budget hotel, the room was well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and in order. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We were impressed by the wide variety of options available, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, especially for attending an exhibition at WTC. The fact that it was within walking distance made our daily commute hassle-free. It allowed us to save time and energy, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. We truly appreciated the hotel's strategic location. Also, I would like to thanks to the outstanding service provided by Yasser at the reception. He not only accommodated our early check-in request but also kindly extended our checkout time, showcasing his remarkable dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

The room was a typical Ibis room. Clean. breakfast was good fair selection and was open for a reasonable time. Location is excellent if using the world trade center. Staff was very good and accommodating. special mention about the Lady Reem at the reception and the other lady too. very helpful. All staff including house keeping and restaurant too was good

there was no bell boy probably due to Covid.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite pleasant. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep throughout my stay. The amenities provided in the room were adequate and met my needs. Breakfast: I didn't acquired it. Location: The hotel's location was ideal for my needs. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to various attractions and public transportation. This made it easy for me to explore the area and access nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There is no car parking around the hotel

The hotel is in perfect location. 3 mins from metro station. Very near to all important sightseeings. Shop is 1 min walk from hotel. They have free shuttle bus to the beautiful beach, but sometimes it is full, and you can not take a ride. Breakfast is amazing. The Internet is very good.

Beds are very comfortable but our room was not a good one, with old furniture and some locked door inside. It was not pleasant having them in the room. Rooms should be cleaner. Personal is not very polite (reception) except Nikki, who is amazing.

The location for this property is ideal for business and family trip, metro station was 4 mins small walk, kfc, McDonald's and much more was at walking distance. The hotel ambiance was all modern and up to date, no long ques, hotel staff was very accommodative, i was welcomed and assisted by Sergie, he even changed our room with the best possible view of burj khalifa and future museum. Bathroom was small but had everything in place. Room was clean 9.5/10. Air conditioning system / thermostat needs to be updated into touch pads.

I think there isn't much to not like, the window size was the only thing that i didn't like.

My experience with the Ibis one central was exaclty what I expected and this is good! The staff is super friendly and the wok restaurant in the lobby is fantastic!

Check in was a bit too slow, mainly when someone comes jet-lagged from the other side of the world and everything is sorted in advance in booking.com, you will expect the receptionist to say hello, ask a maximum of 1 question with a yes or no as an answer, then show the passport and the card used to pay for the booking and receive the room key. The receptionist tried to be very friendly and asked a ton of questions that I don't even remember now, including the enrollment of an Ibis loyalty program and I had to ask her to stop becasue I was tired and I just wanted to go to my room. So if you are on holiday, that will not be an issue, but if you are in a business trip, then just tell the receptionist to stop asking questions and hurry up with the room key.

Quite Hotel located Dubai city center, and easily you can visit everywhere even if you wish to use metro only two minutes away. The hotel was clean and neat so everything goes smoothly. Specially I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr.AMR from Front Desk, he was very helpful and kind person. Check out time 12 afternoon like other hotels,I asked him to store my items little more as I have meeting same time and Mr.AMR offered late check out which was really very helpful and I appreciated that. Unfortunately I couldn’t able to meet him during the time of Check out however I hope he will see my comments and thank you once again Mr.AMR .. I truly recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking to stay in the city…

The hotel is just next to future museum. The staff was very helpful and polite, I asked on the morning before checkin for parking and they replied very fast. Moreover one of our friend had her Birthday and the hotel has sent a surprise birthday cake at her room. We really appreciate the gesture. The room was clean and they changed our towels every day. There was no noice for other rooms, and they had very good touristic information.

The facility were a bit old (very clean but old). There were no iron on the room and the refrigerator was empty. However for a budget hotel it is very much worth it, value for money.

I was charged for two rooms because there was a two reservation made to my name. So how a hotel can confirmed two reservations under the same name at same exactly dates? I need credit as my company is charging me for the extra room? we had 6 different persons from our company in your installations and we sent your link to many of our customers so they could stay at your hotel so we help your business. Further I travel trough Europe frequently and most of the times I stay in Ibis hotels . Please help us getting my credit or put me in touch with someone at your place than can help me because today $1200 dollars is a lot of money for a service that was not offered. Thank you
