Jumeira Rotana – Dubai

The location was superb. It is close to the beach and most tourist attractions. The bus service is a block away and the metro station two km away (which is serviced by the buses). Restaurants are close by, as are supermarkets. The main shopping malls were also within reach. The breakfasts were really good, with a wide selection catering to everyone. The staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to help me with any request.

clean, cooperative staff, excellent receptionist thanks mr Johnson and Mohsin we appreciate them for there kindness and great helpful to pick up taxi and prepare everything well. thanks also receptionist Philipno girl don’t remember name in morning shift and guy with glasses to guide us (assistant I think he is Indian or Pakistani) in same shift with girl. it’s first but not the last visit c u soon. keep sane service please on same level.

everything but I wish if there is no fixation for building in front was noisy in the morning with drilling.

We had an easy check in and Receptionists are supportive to our needs and questions. We requested a late check out and granted so it was perfect for an extra hours to relax. Buffet breakfast selections are good.

It could have been better if all what features are available (Slippers, dental kit as per number of guest). As a guest I felt a little hesitant asking those small things in needed situation wherein it should be available in the room itself. The bed is not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids (7/11 yrs) in our one bedroom suite with balcony.

As far as this hotel location is concern was very near to all my meeting points so that was my fist reason of choosing this hotel

They don't have much staff and choice of food infact it seems like you are bound to go as per their menu ..no choices for vegetarians at all . The staff at reception took just 30 seconds to convert the currency without even telling the exchange rate and when I asked that will pay by card they said they all ready converted it it was a pure loss of over 2.5 k INR

Ideal place for rest after hard day. Close to Dubai Trade Center. Quit and comfortable. Can recomendate

May be need renovation after some time.

1. We liked the Suit room size and huge toilet with comfort which was upgraded with reasonable price for three nights 2. Reception staff are very courteous and personally shown the room choices for upgrade 3. Staff in restaurant are very attentive and caring specially Mr. Mallesh, even chefs are personally attending on call and taking cooking instructions during breakfast 4. Housekeeping staff are very professional and supportive 5. Late checkout consideration

1. Limited parking outside, underground parking is cramped 2. No Indian breakfast choice 3. Corroidors with smoke smell in no-smoking floors

The Front Desk staff and Concierge provide amazing service. Very caring group of individuals at Olive Oil Restaurant too. Breakfast is really good. The room was spacious clean and comfortable although we expected a room with a much better view. Hotel is in good location, in the City, many good Asian restaurants near, not far from Jumeirah beach. I like that they greet us smiling and take care of our needs at Front desk Mr. Johnson. Mr. Fairoos at Bell Desk was very helpful in arranging us Desert Safari tours.

Room view wasn't that good

Very clean room ,the room is big ,the pool clean and not deep for kids ,breakfast on the room was delicious and good quantity for family, I tried the American breakfast was delicious (omelette ,basket of pastry, fruit, orange juice turkey bacon, chicken sausage, caffee latte and jam)

The view was bad it was front of another building windows so we can't open the curtains all day

the staff and connectivity to market

needs a little maintenance of rooms, the pool and gym service could be for long hours or 24hr since visitors reach hotel late and would like to experience these facilities.

The hotel is close to the city near Satwa and Jumeirah. Close to metro station. The rooms were good and comfortable. The price was also affordable. We stayed 2 nights. Recommend if looking for a affordable room on a good brand hotel. Free parking was available and access to special ability people.

This was on an old building, but renovated.
