Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. I like it. Room is big enough for 3 adults. Breakfast is included into the price. Plenty of choice for food. Nice pool with clean towels, the sun is in first half of the day. Supportive and polite personal. Mary helped a lot with check-in and made it fast and smooth. I was able to enjoy my stay upon arrival. She provided support during all stay and my requests were executed in timely manner. Thanks!

I liked the location, the rooms have a good view and is near town. The breakfaat buffet is nice too.

On my husbands birthday. A complimentary cake was made for him and it was delicious. This made the day extra special for him. The breakfast was amazing and we had a variety of options The place was very clean . And the staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂. I will surely recommend friends and family to come and stay there. family of 9 . 9nights stay Thank you to all the members of staff that attended to us.

Location was not so near to the metro station so moving by taxi was easier

The hotel's location is also worth mentioning, situated in a prime area with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The best part of my stay goes to one person including for my family - HYDER (F&B). His warm welcome right from the start of our stay until our last visit was fabulously friendly and so touching with so much honest concern n care. Not only us but I could see he was attentive to all other guests. I saw his work with his team too. He was helpful and cheerful towards his teammates too. Definitely an asset. I suggest your front desk to learn few PR skills and some pax handling points from him. Front desk was cold toward pax handling. hyder will be the reason if I am coming back to stay with u all. The cherry on top was the kind gesture from him n the team , he brought my family the cake to bid farewell . Thank you. I really appreciate all the kindness and helpfulness specially towards my parents. Keep it up. KUDOS TO f&b

The breakfast was very good with different special menu everyday from South Indian cuisine. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean. You get everything you need like iron and board, USB ports, towels, Quran in English etc. Soap provided instead of shower gel, bottled water everyday provide in the rooms for free. Excellent gym facilities and professional spa staff. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Shops and restaurants nearby and 20 minutes drive to downtown Dubai. Lovely little prayer room on first floor.

in our room the pressure of the shower was not very powerful but just normal. In my kids room the pressure was much more.

I like everything from the ambience down to the staffs and would like to commend the honesty of your 2 staffs, one is Lorraine(not sure if i spelled it right and the other guy along with her during my check in)Did not notice that i was overcharged however when transaction was finished and Im about to go up. They called my attention to inform. Lorraine was actually apologetic and the other guy assisted us to reverse the amount. Appreciated their honesty.

Clean fresh energy, close to Jumeirah and Dubai Mall

Didn't feel the staff were accepting adding hyatt member code to the booking to get points they said they don't accept adding that if booked through any third party app, however i paid a high cost but didn't get points. as well as we asked for a coffee machine during check in, they refused. but when checking out we mentioned this note, they said it is there and complimentary and please ask for it and will be given but it is too late now to ask. the late checkout, same thing, one staff made it till 1, but didn't write any note and kept it till 12, the day of the checkout we have asked again to keep it till 2, then they did it. so felt like based on the mood.

The hotel overall is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and kinda clean (some spots here and there) There are some restaurants and markets around the hotel which is a plus.

The car parking are limited. Shower water pressure was weak. Hotel locations is far away from most attractions in Dubai. Breakfast area was small and congested even during the weekdays with limited options and manly catering Indian theme foods.
