Conrad Dubai

I chose this hotel for its location, as it’s a short work across the bridge to the trade centre.

The staff out front was the thing I did not like. They treat everyone that stays as a new traveller to Dubai, When I asked for a taxi they wanted me to travel in a limousine for 60 Aud when I told them a cab would cost me only 16 AUD they question me and said it was not going to cost me that. It actually cost me 16.50 and I had to go next door to get a taxi every time I needed one. I was last in Dubai in January and have stayed over the city for more than 20 times now.

Really nice hotel next to the metro station, with very friendly staff and good quality of service. Hotel location is great if you want to visit Dubai mall or Burj Khalifa, both are only few stops by metro or 5 minutes by taxi.

If you are choosing this hotel as Expo 2020 visiter, consider that the metro goes there approx 45 minutes.

I like everything about Conrad! truly, everything was good. -The room is big and spacious -The bathroom is big and complete -The Restaurant Ballaro and Pool Area resto are very good aswell.. my son loved the pool area -The location is near dubai mall and burj khalifa.. very accessible -Kuya Harold, Devi and Kuya Roel are the best!! they made sure our stay is comfortable. Very helpful and hospitable my only concern is that my allergic rhinitis was triggered because of the dust. i dont know where its coming from. its highly recommended that you have them clean and vacuum your room everyday. over all, Conrad is still my favorite hotel in Dubai! will definitely come back. kara

Great staff, beautiful and clean family suite with lovely views, beautiful grounds, and several fantastic restaurants. We celebrated my sister's birthday here and we were so happy we chose Conrad Dubai. Special mention to Jane, Sri, Janine, and Iriana at the spa. They set up the spa with balloons to celebrate my sister, and after our treatments, surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and cocktails. I went down to use the steam room and jacuzzi every day, and they were always so nice and friendly. Wildon at the executive suite was very pleasant and warm. It was always a joy to see him and have a little chat. I could go on and on, but look no further, book this hotel! I'm one fussy custome, but I have no complaints about this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, pristinely clean, convenient location , and first class service! Oh yes, Daniel at the front door was also so lovel. He even tolerated many requests for pictures and specific instructions on how to take them :-) Needless to say, we loved our stay at Conrad. Fantastic!!!

If I really had to nitpick, I'd say waiting for the lift to go down could take some time. Coming up, there was always one or 2 lifts open and ready to use, though.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Especially Daniel, who took very good care of me at breakfast and Pren Krishna, who made my evenings in the garden very cozy and pleasant. The garden is a beautiful and relaxing place, especially in the evening. I really enjoyed listening to the waterfall in the pool and looking at all the lights in the trees. The hotel's interior design is beautiful and held in soothing colours. I had a corner room on the 43rd floor with a great view of the city. I went to Dubai for a conference at The World Trade Center. The hotel's location is perfect for that purpose.

The room smelded moldy. If I went to bed after midnight, I could hear music from the night club which was a bit annoying. However, the music was not so loud that it woke me up if I went to bed early, but I am glad that I brought ear plugs.

The hotel was really nice, friendly and accommodating staff, very good location. I would like to thank everyone at Conrad Dubai for making our trip memorable. I will forever be grateful to the staff where we had breakfast every morning. From Chef Roel, Daniel, Arfan, the barista who’ve memorised the type of coffee and tea that my family members like. And lastly for giving a surprise birthday cake and song for my mom. Truly we felt at home at Conrad Dubai. We will be back in Dubai and stay in this hotel again.

it’s really good, we enjoyed our stay at Conrad. it was comfortable - Room, breakfast everything was really good

only some extra payment which they have asked for as I made my entire stay payment with taxes initially ( everything was covered in that ) while chking out they asked more city tax and surprisingly they said we used 1 cold drinks from mini bar. that wasn’t nice - as we were outside entire day and related with taxes they insisted me to pay I found it was really unprofessional and rude when costumer was paying 1000 per night at hotel definitely he can pay 30-100 extra but there should be reason, when we didn’t used any mini bar for drink and when while chking out they charged extra 60 for nothing jn name of city tax that wasn’t nice and was very rude I didn’t liked the customer service they need more training or better training. these things down the reputation of good hotel.
