The bed sheet has a Perume smell of someone else who was sleeping on the bed before me. The same things for the pillows. One has a Perume smell and the other one has a smell. I slept without pillows.

Staff super friendly and professional, good location - I stay here a lot, never disappoints. Good facilities, gym and pool with a nice relaxing rooftop.

WiFi blocks whatsapp and some other conferencing solutions. Not good for a business focussed hotel that is frequented mostly by expats- they should change this.

The hotel is good for short stay - as we were for just one night before our next day flight. It is close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Tower- 10 min by taxi. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning so we can't rate the other facilities of the hotel. Breakfast was OK at a buffet.

The hotel is good for short stays as we were for one night before our next day flight. It is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (10 min) by taxi so you can visit it even late in the evening and watch the fountains show. Breakfast was at a buffet and was OK.

Staffs are very nice, Especially Abdur was very helpful and kind.

Rooms were not sound proof, we were able to hear noises from next room

Location is very good, in an area with many shops and near the seaside, not too far from downtown. Rooms are fair size and confortable, not luxury but good for a short stay.

Breakfast is not very good, good choice but quality is so so.

I like everything about this hotel. First of all this is a great location, near to the beach and main attractions in Dubai. The hotel is very clean, the staff is the most friendly staff I have ever seen! They are very helpful and assisting 24/7. The service is perfect in this hotel, the staff always smiling and ready to help you every moment. The food is very tasty and lot of choices. In overall, great value for the money in every aspect. I already stayed three times in this hotel and will not consider other options due to great service and facilities this hotel offers. Thank you so much for everything.

On arrival I was taken to 4 bedrooms to find one I liked by Rakesh who was very helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were excellent ( Om , Mira, The Philipino waitress) . They arranged PCR test for me, suggested restaurants , ATM and other local places, Very friendly staff, well managed hotel ( Restaurant Manager, Chef, Housekeeping Manager and Senior Managers very visible and always checking customers were satisfied, reminding staff to clear dirty plates, fill up the buffet etc.

I was there a month so the breakfast , lunch and dinner buffets became a little repetitive- with fruit salad for every meal. I had to ask for a tooth pick, ice for my drink and salt and pepper every day. Sometimes the same dish appeared with different names ! One night I was eaten by a bed bug but they acted quickly, changed my room, deep cleaned the room , provided a fruit basket and the new room was higher and had a better view and openable window. Also when I complained at the lack of food at one buffet they gave me a discount.

It feels like home with simple and clean atmosphere. Staff were very cooperative and responsive. Food was very good as well. The interconnected rooms were very convenient for a family of four or five.

It is a bit far from commercial sites.

Value for money and clean. Walking distance to restaurant s, hospital, beach, etc.

Waiting too long for the elevator to Mezzanine. Noisy and loud guests in the lobby.
