Marco Polo Hotel

While this property is at the affordable end, the main attraction is that it has everything you need. Even if these are very basic, it’s all there. The best part about this hotel was that the staff really tried to help and solve problems. I had a little crisis, and they solved it immediately. Most notably, I must mention the two Jennifers who work at the reception. One is an African, and the other is Indian. They were both outstanding, and went out of their way to make sure that I had the solutions that I needed. I would rate them both very highly.

The property is old, and as a result something or the other doesn’t work. But, it is made up for by the effort being put in by the courteous staff.

Location wise its in nice location,, staffs were friendly and cooperative, specially Ms Alia in reservation who really helped me in one of my booking issue.

Cleanness is ok but it would have better if management take care of more in this part, towels, bed shiits were old.

I want to say thank you to beautiful and lovely Jennifer…she made me feel like at home in Marco Polo Hotel! She was always so friendly, smiling, sincerely and helpful…I didn’t get sad even from some minuses in the room and breakfast… I wanted to stay there more coz her. But I recommend to hotel improve menu in morning especially, because by same price I had much more better breakfast in another hotel in that area. But generally atmosphere is very friendly in Marco Polo, because of very nice people working there.

The staff Jennifer, Mahima and Micheal were very friendly. Jennifer is very helpful, she takes her time to help. I visited Dubai 2 times to my trip to Asia. Both times i stayed here. And Both time Jennifer was extremely friendly and figured everything out what i needed to do.

The staff is really what has me coming back ♥️🌟 this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard !! It is also busy at this location and the employees are just so nice thanks to Jennifer she is just so amazing and the best..

All facilities were to my satisfaction.

One Filipino Man who checked me in at the reception was very rude towards me. He didn't have the patience and not up to his job because, he told me to pay AED180 as tax for booking for 12 days, whereas I booked for only 1 night. When I tried to correct him, he argued with me until his colleague intervened.

The receptionist are very hospitable and kind especially Siddique Manima.

I lost my beautiful slippers at the swimming pool where the lifeguard sits and he did not help me find them. He said that is not his work🤦

Iwould like to inform you that whn ever im traveling to Dubai im always preferred marcopolo hotel but its my last stay in that hotel because of reception staff actitute about me his talk like shouting he dont know how to speak client even how to smile to client i note his Name Mr.Johash Better give proper training to him.

Nice property with good staff Waseem Aish Sujan Jennifer siddique they are very supportive and accommodating. I will get my friends and family here next month .

The old toilet bowl and with a little bit stingy smell maybe because ventilation is not that much or the shower curtain is old
