Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the impeccable service provided by the front desk staff, especially Raju. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Raju's welcoming smile and genuine eagerness to assist immediately set the tone for a fantastic stay. He effortlessly handled my check-in process, making it swift and hassle-free, and took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to navigate the hotel and the surrounding area. Throughout my stay, Raju consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Great location, many restaurants and shops available by just taking lift to the basement level and walking out - immediately you're in front of very good restaurants and shops. The car park is large and caters for both the hotel (one side) and the sparse open air mall. Plenty of parking and access to hotel is by a secure lift (require your hotel card to access room levels). There is a gym and open air (partially covered) pool at the roof level with attendants during the day. I believe the pool closes at 8 or 9pm but the gym is open 24 hours a day.

It’s a good hotel well located with great restaurants and nice places around it. The room was a bit small but there’s a good value for money. Regarding to the breakfast, it was good enough, with a wide range of fresh food. The staff was very friendly during our stay. they always were so attentive to our requirements.

Although it’s located in a nice place, it’s a bit far from the tourist areas. however, it’s easy to get there. In addition, I think that the cleanness of the bathroom tiles can be improved.

Id like to give my immense gratitude to the staff on site when we arrived. They were all very kind, polite, and helpful. I would like to thank Mariam in particular who went above and beyond in assisting me with a problem - thank you so much! The junior suite was lovely, very comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 children. All amenities are available in the room already - microwave, kettle, air fryer! Fridge and 2 televisions. Rooms are big, and bathroom has a bath plus very large shower. Very spacious junior suite. Perfect for a family.

Rooms could do with slight freshness, maybe with some stronger scents just to freshen up the rooms. But nothing negative really.

Check-in/out very friendly and informative. Cool theme and view on racetrack. Nice rooftop pool (although a bit noisy when cars were racing) Next to mall and parking is underneaths (which was a bit hard to find first time, but after instruction no problem) Lady at breakfast showed us the buffet and options which was great. We travel a lot and this hardly ever happens. We really felt warmly welcomed by everyone. Good breakfast.

We only stayed 1 night because we wanted to visit some attractions in that area. For most Dubai attractions it is a bit farther out and we had a lot of traffic jams. But are not sure if this is always the case or just because of weekend and last days of Global Village.

All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and cooperative. The check in was super smooth. The rooms and house keeping are really nice. They went out of their way to meet all our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated their gesture of providing my swimmer son warm milk and honey at bedtime totally complimentary. I really bothered a reception staff to find me a suitable dry cleaner for my handbag, and he complied to my request with a willing and happy smile. We were there because my son was swimming at Hamadan and this hotel was the closest to it. The sushi restaurant and room service are also excellent. Overall, an excellent hotel stay

Transport of luggage upto the room on arrival makes the guest feel very welcome. Also, if things could be charged to the room, instead of paying everytime, it would just make it more convenient

This was a great location with a view of the race track - so fun to watch out the window. parking was easy, many nice locations in the mall area, and loved the ladies night next door.

I absolutely was so annoyed at the security guard who was rude to me to move the car when I was checking in. I do not mind self parking but I need to leave my car at the door to check in. Could have been dealt with in a much nicer way. I was also disappointed in breakfast. where they refused to give butter for toast. How can you not have butter? Seemed very weird

I stayed for 5 nights here. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to breakfast service. The rooms are quiete except of the training times at the motor sport ciruit, but this was limited to about 2 hours during my stay. Gym was reasonably well equipped. A few more weight stations would be good. A number of restaurants are just outside the hotel and a supermarket is close by.

The pool looked much bigger in the photo; I expected a much larger pool.

I’ve sized room bed very comfortable. all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. second time I’ve stayed very happy to go back.

the only small thing that I did put forward for improvement was the shower. the shower head was too heavy for it’s holder to be used independently to shower under you had to hold it. there was an overhead waterfall type shower also, it just wasn’t particularly powerful more of a mist. not enough of an issue to stop me going back and the toiletries available were of good quality.

Everything was good. the hotel need renewal, but it is still good. the rooms are quite big enough for the luggage and us. it has coffee machine and microwave too. the most incredible thing is that you can view the motor city from every angle of the room. the motor town sound is like music to us. even for my wife, she does not like noise but she enjoys the sound of passing cars

some people comments that it is noisy, but it is not. the race is not continuous, and the sound is far away from the rooms. it needs to have space for another restaurant for breakfast.
