Very friendly staff. Even housekeeping supervisor Joyce came personal to ask if everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. With even a washing machine. Swimming pool with nice warm water. Restaurant had delicious food. Breakfast was very complete.

For maybe some people the hotel is too far from the center of Dubai. The smell of the restaurant kitchen is noticeable outside the kitchen. Maybe use carbon filters to prevent this.

Great overall experience, professional staff. I entered my room as it was being cleaned. Raj was very kind and professional. He finished his duties as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony.

nothing bad. not much surrounding area to see or do. but that’s a known factor when booking this hotel.

The apartment was cozy, most of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The view we got overlooking the Hessa was beautiful. Location was so perfect to get out to the 311 highway. Food from room service was great.

I extended the stay by one night and one man from the reception kept on calling me to pay even though the payment for the rest 8 nights previously was paid upfront. Wasnt a great feeling to be disturbed when sleeping.

We had a large two bedroom suite, that was comfortable for my familiy as the children had seperate room to sleep. Kitchen with washing machine was available, especially useful to have everyday clean towels going to the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and 4 bottle of waters were given. The restaurant has good food for reasonable prices. The beds were comfortable. Sports city is easy accessible by car and close to main spots (15-20 min. driving).

The swimmingpool at the top was small and maybe need some renovation/decoration. The turkish steambad was not working.

The room was quite spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the big balcony was a highlight, offering a wonderful space to enjoy the surrounding views and unwind after a long day. It was a great addition to the room and added an extra touch of luxury

The soundproofing was inadequate, and as a result, I found myself being disturbed by noises from neighboring rooms or the hallway. This lack of sound isolation can be quite frustrating, especially when you're looking for a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Additionally, I was disappointed with the small size of the bathtub in the room. As a person who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, I found it difficult to comfortably fit into the tub. It would have been more accommodating if the bathtub were larger or if there were alternative options available for taller guests.

The infinity pool was temperature controlled , so enjoyed it thoroughly followed by the steam and sauna facilities 👍

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Treppan Hotel & Suites By Fakhruddin. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff at the reception, especially Razzak, who was always helpful, made my stay pleasant and comfortable. If they improve the internet connection, it would be a perfect experience, but nevertheless, I recommend this accommodation to all travelers.

The biggest downside I noticed during my stay was the internet connection. Unfortunately, it was unstable and slow, which made accessing the internet and using some online services difficult. I hope they will improve it in the future, as a reliable internet connection is crucial for most guests in today's time.

The staff at front desk are super nice Plas the night shift I beleive his name is Mohamed assisted me pay for a meal as I wasn't having completer cash and talabat only needed cash.His kindness to me went a long way it was unbelievable to me.

I dislike that the restaurant in Treppan they cancelled Buffet for breakfast so we have to stick to a certain breakfast and are unable to customise

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment - very good size with two bathrooms. One master bathroom and one en-suite. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Had really excellent quality sleep. Staff were friendly and fab - always greeting and going out of their way to be welcoming. Cleaning was incredibly regular and to a great quality. 4 bottles of drinking water were delivered free every day. Facilities were good with kitchen in the room, three televisions, and a range of bathroom amenities. Very happy and excellent value for money for Dubai.

I lived here from August 2015-July 2016, and it has become a little weathered since then. Some parts of the room are stained and a little bit in need of some TLC. Window in living room is small so it was quite dark. Asked in advance for a room high up, however was told we could only have the 3rd floor because we requested non-smoking, but the person in the room next to us was clearly smoking as it stunk and drifted in to the corridor and in to our room.
