A surprisingly good hotel, clean and well designed, good services, extremely helpful staff and properly sized rooms with decent bathrooms. The AC isn't too noisy, and the views are decent. Two supermarkets are literally next door within walking distance.

The location is certainly 'off the beaten path', but you get a better price than other hotels in the area. Traffic is annoying at peak rush hour times to go to and from the hotel.

We are regular at Radisson Damac Hills and enjoy the layout of the family bedrooms , professional staff and good breakfast

This time our stay didn’t meet our expectations as we were in room 402 which was very noisy due to being located near the lifts mechanism. Every 5 min lifts noise are going through the rooms with also water pipes noises.we couldn’t sleep and enjoy our stay. I don’t think that this room should be booked at all or offered at an extremely discounted price.

I liked staff attitude and profesinalism with customers such as Roman and yasmin who i can remember their name.

There is only one lady staff in the breakfast resturant who i have seen bad attitude of her in our past visit to this hotel, she is still there and bring flash back to her poor attitude😁

Hi, in general we liked the stay, but the only problem was that daily cleaning of the room wasn't there. It wasn't clean, trash was accumulating in the room, this part wasn't very satisfying. Other than that, all was good.

The staff is exceptional. They are fast, whatever you need, at least 2 notches above Dubai's average.

On working days breakfast is till 10.30 am and should be till noon at least, am on vacation and want to sleep after great late fun in Dubai.

The hotel suite was superb. Excellent facilities, very spacious and lots of toiletries available if you had forgotten anything. The rooms were extremely comfortable, everything was prepared for our arrival and it just made our weekend away even better. Staff were incredibly helpful, having an early check in without the extra cost was much appreciated and the added personal touches e.g. fruit platter delivered in the evening, just made the whole experience top service.

The only reason we didn’t give it 10 is because the pool area was a bit disappointing, there aren’t guaranteed available beds for all guests staying there and it was smaller than described. Otherwise it was perfect.

Overall its a good hotel. For its price, it is a very good hotel.

The location of the hotel. I recommend this hotel only if you have a car and planning to drive in the city. In this case the hotel will be a good option with reasonable price. To reach the hotel, you always have to drive all the way to the end of the complex and then U turn back to the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is very congested and the valet is taking long time to bring the car. The bathroom was not perfectly clean. You can hear the noise from the next room.

Breakfast less varaity

We stayed here as it was close to family who had moved to the area. The staff were excellent, friendly and interested in you. Facilities were good, lovely pool area, good breakfast. We didn't used the gym, but had look round and it had everything you would require. Near to an developing mall with an excellent supermarket - Spinneys, who sold very good salads, cooked meats, and loads of Waitrose products. There is a golf course down the road, and all areas around the hotel had pavements. We will definitely stay again.

A few more regular choices in the Japanese/Peru fusion restaurant would have met our tastes.
