Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites - Ultra All Inclusive

Food, drink selection, service, a la carte restaurants, pool area, free waterpark entry and shuttle bus. Really cared about and acted on feedback.

Kids club pool was closed for half our stay. We were asked for feedback so many times it became a bit imposing.

It’s a 4th time we stay in the hotel. Good location for a family vacation for people who comfortable with all inclusive concept. it’s convenient for big families and there are not so many alternatives in Dubai. Kids club and entertainment is on a good level Food is good Personnel is very polite and helpful

Each time we come back we notice that there is not much done in the hotel in terms of improvement / maintenance of rooms and hotel itself. Some rooms are ok, some require at least cosmetic update.

we actually extended our stay for another week and enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this beautiful resort. our room was very comfortable and clean, bedding was just perfect and view from the balcony was breathtaking. Variety of food selection was great and quality of cooking was excellent. Service matched food quality and all staff was universally polite and eager to please guests. several staff members deserve personal mention: Aishen, Ainara and Nailia from client relations, Muhammet from Nargile bar, Vakkas from A La Turca restaurant and of course Irina who played beautiful piano music in the lobby. Thank you to all staff and administration for the wonderful time we had!

Everything. Stunning room with an amazing bed and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The food was of a high standard and this took the All inclusive to a new level. Service exceptional. My family and I loved the hotel and will return for sure. Cannot recommend enough. Epic!

We spent 4 nights at Rixos with my wife as a second stop of our honeymoon trip. 2 days before our arrival we've got a message on WhatsApp from Holiday Assistance Team who helped us in a lot of way, so thanks again for everything for Ainara and Lahcen. When we arrived to the reception we had a chance to know one of the best receptionist, Onur, who was really kind and we even got a gift from him, which was a freely upgraded hotel room with a fantastic sea view which we loved every day. Also got lots of honeymoon preparations in the room and also in the restaurants. The foods and drinks was top quality! So, thanks for every staff member who mad our days perfect. Definitely will be back here in the future.

Restaurants have a break between 17.00 and 18.30 so you cannot find food at this time, it is difficult when you have a small child who usually has his dinner at this time.

The hotel is exceptional exceeding all standards. Ainara in guest relations could not have helped us more and Karina and Denys in kids club treated my children like family. We came to love all the staff who knew exactly what we needed and when! It was a very personalised stay- our 3rd stay here this year and that is saying something as we usually like to try new places. The quality of the all inclusive and food is Unparalleled

This place is the BEST! I have never seen such a lovely sfaff! Usman from the night reception is propably the ULTIMATE BEST customer service agent ever! And thank you also to our house keeping Razan!! Pool Bar staff as well as the restaurant staff also really nice! Good food, lovely pool areas etc! We will come back again! This was our second time, but not the last!

The outdoor grounds and pool areas were very well kept and lovely, all very well spaced out, we never felt it was over crowded, even though the hotel was busy. Our senior suite was a great size with 3 balconies! Breakfast was good every morning, with excellent choices. The staff were probably the biggest positive for us. All the team were excellent and super friendly, especially around the main pool, the waiters and all the bar staff really made an effort everyday. There's a few guys that stood out for us, Nelson, Babu, Sejan, Tuguy, and Amin. These guys were on point everyday!!

We have been coming to Dubai with our kids for the past 10 years now, and have stayed in many different family hotel/resorts, all of which have been very modern and well kept internally. Unfortunately, on this occasion we felt the Rixos internally was dated and tatty, with some serious repairs required in our suite. Electrics, bad mirrors, bathroom tiles weren't grouted properly in places, general poor workmanship. If the hotel was updated internally, I feel it would make a massive difference.
