We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids - 3 and 7yrs. - We loved the fact the evening buffet was different each evening. - A.good sized kids pool and splash park. - The beach was well maintained. - The rooms were nice and clean.

We ordered room service multiple times and found it a little annoying that we were asked to pay on the spot. It would have been nice to be given the option to have things charged to our room which we could settle at the end of our stay. Same thing happened when we requested an additional bed - it was not brought up to the room until we went down to reception and paid for it.

Staff is very nice and welcoming from the first moment. Food is superb 👌..healthy and tasty at the same time The hotel is clean and facilties are amazing Yoga class was lovely and refreshing

The fact that you have to pay first before you consume from the pool bar 🍸 you are in the middle of water and they ask for your credit card ..doesn't make sense guys! My wife ordered a drink and they called me 4 times in the room until I woke up and said I have to come to pay ...strange attitude but was an odd accident The rest of the stay was amazing 👏

The hotel is very nice, modern and clean with lovely beach and a great pool. We appreciated that it was very quiet and with an overall relaxed atmosphere. The hotel also had good water sports facilities, beach volleyball, table tennis and football. Our room had a palm view, which we would recommend. Overall, the room was spacious, modern, very clean and the terrace was a bonus. Food was very good too. All the staff members were very helpful and kind.

The food in the hotel is a bit too expensive. We had a breakfast included in our package, which was a good idea. The breakfast restaurant is very nice but can get overcrowded if you come after 9:30 am. If you are ordering food or drinks from the beach bar/café, you can get a discount if you have an accor hotels membership, which is something we unfortunately learnt only the last day of our stay.

The place is clean and comfy, everything was very good. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met! We enjoyed a lot, loved the pool, the beach and kids pool was great for our 9m old son. My wife also had a lot of vegan options for dinner and we felt that everyone wants to help make the stay as good as possible.

Additions to your stay (such as food in the pool bar or a soft drink with dinner) is very very expensive

The hotel itself, beach, foods, friendly personal were good

There were construction and a lot of noise. It was not mentioned in booking therefore it was a surprise gor me to see construction in front snd next to hotel. I was not happy about it. Hotel should be honest about the construction and should mention in the description.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We opted to have all three daily meals included in our room rate and were very glad we did. The buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent and had enough variety that we didn't get tired of it during a week-long stay. It also saved a lot of money as the buffets were expensive if you paid as you went. The staff, particularly at the restaurant, went out of their way to be so friendly. I won't forget them! The room was very comfortable, I couldn't really ask for more. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. There were also a variety of poolside and beach activities but we didn't fully take advantage of them. We easily could have stayed another couple of weeks and not been bored.

A neighboring room was loud until well after midnight but the hotel was hesitant to do anything about it. That was a bit frustrating and disappointing. Eventually they addressed the issue with the other guests but it took way too long and required too much discussion with the front desk.

There is a large construction site right under the windows. Construction is just starting so there's still a lot to go. In this regard, it is very noisy and a lot of dust from 7 am to 5 pm.

Beach Breakfast Rooms Attentive and smiling staff

Restaurant was very poor (the manager tried to do his best but for such a level it was mediocre at best) The staff is extremely polite and trying to be helpful, but for some reason not much is solved. For the whole beach only 1 maybe 2 people are looking. The dirty dishes, empty glasses are all over. Very very important detail!!! Someone should have written that there is no alcohol served!! I know it is a “healthy” hotel but if that is the case, please also stop selling fried stuff, pancakes, waffles and nutella.. It is a bit hypocritical. Somebody should fix the elevator. It is a miracle if you can manage it at the first time.

arrival experience was great, Youssef at reception was very welcoming. pool area and beach was great. Team in the pool bar all was great, special thanks to Shinu. Breakfast Chef Gannga very helpful.

Friday Breakfast was not pleasant, restaurant was full, No tables. very late alternative offered to get the food and set in the other restaurant. restaurant staff was running but nothing they can do, I believe it was mess management not staff issue. if management knew Friday will be busy they should prepare additional venue to avoid such inconvenient situation. noticed during my 3 days breakfast in the restaurant that staff never clean my empty plates unless I leave the table!!., not only my table all guest’s tables were ignored by the staff. they clean and setup the empty table only. nobody pay attention to the guest’s tables.!!

The staff were always extremely helpful and often went beyond the expected level of service. The food was amazing at the buffet and the Arabic restaurant. The pool bar and access to it from the beach was great. The beach beds and provision of towels was a fantastic touch! The front desk and concierge were always very happy to help. The bedroom was well appointed and the bed so comfortable :-) Many thanks :-)

The daily make up of the room would sometimes not happen until late in the afternoon which was a little disappointing when we were leaving the hotel for planned afternoon/evening activities and wanted to freshen up at lunchtime.
