Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

The location of the hotel is just incredible. I loved it. The valet staffs was so lovely especially Simmone. The housekeeping staffs was polite as well. There was a black security guy who even brought our towels when chilling on the beach. His act was much appreciated.

Staff in the bar on ground floor should be more polite towards colored guests. I felt discriminated compared to other guests. There was a lady who seemed to be the manager of the bar was rude and with no smile while taking our orders. Our order which was only 3 bottles of beers took a lot time to come while other guests who came after us got theirs before us.

Great location on the new area, Palm West. Free upgrade to sea view (I’d say +80% of room have sea view so most will get this). Lovely welcome gift. Facilitated an early check-in. Plenty of comfy beds at the pool & on the beach. Free water each day in the bedroom. Great gym too.

Breakfast could be improved, I think this is a common note of many. Closes at 11am sharp (late enough to be fair). Plenty of options but just not that tasty and a bit underwhelming. Pool food menu is a bit limited, particularly given there are lots of restrictions on site. Wasn’t a complaint of ours but if you are looking for complete peace & quite around the pool/beach, you won’t get this as the party hotel next door, Five, has music going most of the day & night. Didn’t bother us but I could see how it might others.

1) Our flight arrived from Spain early. And Hilton Staff kindly let us checked in early at 10.30am instead of the usual 3pm which was very much appreciated by my family as we were exhausted after a long flight. 👍 2) Love the clean & spacious rooms with amazing sea view . Will love to come back next time to stay again.👍 Thank you Hilton Palm Dubai Hotel❤️

1)We checked in as a family of 5 however everyday I have to call Housekeeping to send us an extra missing bath towel as they kept sending 4 bath towels despite daily reminders every morning before rooms are being cleaned.👎 2) Food: We were on half board so had Buffet breakfast & buffet dinner but food was really awful, not even pass standard restaurant meals. So ended eating at their non buffet restaurants instead which tasted much better. 👎

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is the best hotel we’ve ever been. Room was biggest than we thought it would be perfect size for family with kid. We got upgraded our room at the day of arrival. Breakfast was delicious, fresh every day with a huge range of food options. I would recommend it to everyone.

fantastic location on West Beach lovely hotel with really friendly staff always willing to help and answer any questions .we had an early check out 03.00 not a problem and a taxi waiting to take us to the airport .cleaning staff did a great job and went the extra mile to wish my wife a happy birthday as they seen the cards in our room a special thanks to the events relations team .Nishma,Asmac ,Sara,Elise and Cecile .restaurant food and breakfast were excellent will definitely stay again

Amazing new hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff super helpful and smiling at all times (greetings to Mr Fahim who was very supportive). It felt like home..on a great location at the beginning of the Palm, being close by to many places. The beach was also nice and I understood it is still under development. We had room with sea view and oooh- that was beautiful. Amenities in the room excellent, all digitalized for lightning and brought another perspective if you like relaxing atmosphere in the room and balcony. Room service was also great. My friend had a birthday and I arranged with Hotel staff to make something special - they had delicious cake and personal greeting card made in the room from the Hilton Relations Manager - so grateful for that!

it is not that we did not like, so this is just a remark. There was still construction ongoing on the beach, and probably once done it will be amazing! There is only one pool for adults and one for kids. But the children were at all times in the adults pool. For such a hotel, one pool is too little. I hope there will be chance to have another pool for so many guests planned.

Very beautiful ,new, clean, stunning view. I asked for a birthday surprise for my dad they made it very special, the staff at the breakfast brought a cake and sang for him, and in the room they decorated it with balloons and cake it was exceptional and generous, only few hotels does that.

The location , the suite had a club longue entrance which was a plus .The suite was spacious.

We had booked a suite , even though the hotel was not occupied we were given a suite that looked out onto the neighbouring hotel and the room was noisy from the road . On the beach the beach club was at fault . The staff are not yet trained .

Awesome hotel for a beach holiday. Until we visited this, I thought that beach holidays are not quite a good thing in Dubai in Summer because of the hottest climate. But Hilton helps us to change the perspective. Because it has facilities to make beach holidays available even in the Summer Dubai. They have a great swimming pool in a bar right inside the pool. Also they help you with iced water and a basket of ice to keep the water cold (and this is for free for you). Also there are a couple of nice night bars nearby where you can even get outside and they use kind of 'street AC' to make the environment a bit colder for your :) So our summer one day stay in the hotel was nice, I guess we could book more days here if we knew that the summer time is pretty good with Hilton :). And yes, brilliant breakfast and awesome sauna. Pool working hours is till 8pm
