The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable and spotless. We had a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good too. Had dinner one evening in La Scala restaurant, and it was very delicious.

Bought 2 small bottled Peroni beers & one packet of crisps cost £13. Expensive,??

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The executive double room we were staying in was so nice and spacious, great bathroom. The robes were a lovely touch even though we didn't use them. Bed was huge and super comfy, pillows were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at the onsite bistro which was incredible. Explored the Stormont Estate the next morning which was literally across the road!

There wasn't really anything to pick up negative. Our room didn't have a great view as we were sort of tucked in the corner but we were so tired we didn't really even notice. The hotel is a taxi ride out of Belfast but absolutely worth it.

The Stormont Hotel is ideally based for us away from the city centre . We were meeting family for a surprise for my husband, and it was just right with its big lobby, grand piano , comfortable furniture & attractive decor. There is a lovely outdoor seating area, and we spent time outside in the sunshine. We enjoyed lunch and drinks while watching many coach liada of tourists & a wedding arrive. A busy hotel and the staff were attentive friendly & smiling. Our bedroom was a suite on the top floor accessibly with a nice glass lift. An extra large king-size bed ,tea / coffee making facilities, and free bottled water. The ensuite bathroom (I loved the design) with toiletries fluffy towels and a very good shower. After a buffet style expensive breakfast, we enjoyed a lovely walk in the Stormont castle grounds, which is well worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay and we hope we can return soon.

When we arrived, we were ordering a drink from the bar, a tall young chap who obviously didn't know how to pull a pint of larger with a head but who also was abrupt and rude .We returned the pint, and he came and banged it on the table without a word. But following on a more mature barman came took our food & drinks order .He was courteous, smiling. and made up for the previous staff member On arriving in our room, we were disappointed to find a smell of cigarette smoke, not something you expect these days, but after a phone call, this was taken care of. We understand that the hospitality trade is under pressure to get staff & that these staff work very long hours, but in a high-class hotel like Stormont standards have to be maintained.

After disappointing stays in the Grand Central and Ballygally properties, the Stormont hotel was a breath of fresh air. Room was clean, bed was very comfy and bathrobes were a nice touch. The woman working reception with red hair and a blonde fringe was so lovely and friendly. Give that woman a raise!

Breakfast was disappointing, everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours. A greater selection of fruit would be nice, like tinned pears/peaches as well as maybe some fried eggs or breakfast potatoes to bulk it up a bit.

Breakfast buffet style was fantastic with great quality produce, cooked or continental available, Our room was beautifull, clean, comfortable large king bed with great quality bedding and pillows. fresh drinking water tea and coffe were also left daily on our dressing table, large tv with all UK and Irland channels, Staff were super friendly and everything we asked they were more than happy to accommodate us, from booking taxis to finding us some saftey pins and plasters.

my only dissapointment was there is no air conditioning in the room, there was a manual desk fan but didnt really cool the room down,

The locally sourced breakfast items were exceptional. The best poached eggs we have ever eaten and the white pudding was delicious. The staff were all very cheerful, welcoming and always helpful. Ideally located across the road from the beautiful grounds of Stormont and close to Belfast City Centre.

For such a highly rated hotel, we were disappointed to find basic instant sachets of coffee in our room. For the price that we paid to stay here, we would have expected to have a coffee pod machine as a minimum in our bedroom. There was a coffee bar in the lounge, but you of course had to pay of you wanted to drink a quality cup of coffee. This was the only disappointing aspect of our visit.

Excellent large room with the largest bed ever seen (even compared to Las Vegas) and an excellent mattress. It was in the countryside hence absolutely quiet. Large parking. Friendly and helpful staff

In the morning the power outlets were out of order. Called reception twice, no answer. Called Duty Manager, no answer. Quite troubled for that (it is a large, 24X7 operating hotel) I went downstairs and seen no one in the reception. While returning disappointed to the room I saw another employee just passing by, so I asked for help. Immediately a bell boy was sent to my room just to acknowledge the problem but the electrician would assume duty at 09:00. So no power, no phone charging, and mainly no support at all. Otherwise I would give a straight 10.

Upgraded by Hotel to one of its appartments just next to the main Hotel. Very spacious and comfortable and quiet but wifi was a bit below par because of where I was. Excellent buffet breakfast included and a proper pot of tea to go with it. Can catch a bus into the city from just outside the hotel and Stormont just opposite and well worth a walk around. A little bit remote from down town in a sense but most guests seemed to have arrived by car or tour bus and the city bus service was pretty good. Try to book lunch at Parliament Building at Stormont for excellent taste of local seafood and cheese and a wonderful view from the balcony - see photos

The wifi in the appartment could have been a little better and there were a few too many stairs to navigate to get my suitcase there and out again.

The hotel was very elegant, room was big, clean and spacious. The location was a bit far from Belfast city centre but very close to beautiful Stormont Estate and the gardens also easily reacheable by car or bus from city (extra zone for ticket purchase).

The breakfast was very disappointing for such elegant hotel and money paid for it. No veggies, cold food, small choice of products. I would not recommend it. Additionally hotel staff decided to have a loud conversation at 7.30 in front of our room and woke us up. Really lack of any understanding for people being on holidays and trying to sleep longer. Doors are really not soundproof.

Well priced and in an excellent location for Stormont with only a short bus ride or drive to the city centre. Rooms are large and well equipped and public areas are of high quality. Wifi is free and fast enough to stream or video call. I was on the 3rd floor near the end of the corridor facing the car park and there was no noise.

No aircon in the rooms and the hotel in general was very warm, even the cold tap in the room was warm. (windows do open but that means noises from outside) A couple of issues with check-in (two rooms booked for me when I only booked one) and my keycard stopped working after 1 night but the staff handled well just mildly annoying to come in after a long day only to be locked out my own room.
