I stayed in an executive room and it was lovely. The location of the Hotel is spot on for my requirements. The breakfast was good and a great selection. Lovely hotel.

The spa could have done with a jacuzzi. I forgot that the jacuzzi wasn't there the last time I stayed. With the pandemic, I hadn't been travelling as much. There used to be a lovely jacuzzi in the Hotel years ago and I did miss it, but I don't think there's one anywhere in the city which is unfortunate...

Near to the city centre, and a fabulous hotel. The staff were more than accommodating. Has to be said, if your a Guinness drinkerit's a fabulous pint in here. Close to the City sights and to the main bus and railway stations, so you can easily travel all over Northern Ireland both trains and buses for a mere 17.50 a day. That's exceptional value. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Had a great stay.

There were no plug sockets by the beds. So if you like to use your laptop whilst in berthed you can not plug it in to keep it's charge. Other than that everything else was fine.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, Excellent service, particularly the lady in charge of the restaurant (sorry I did not make a note of her name). The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very tasty. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Super comfy bed and slept really well. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

The hotel room was clean and tidy but the tiles round the bath and shower area had mould on them. This needs to be addressed by the hotel and could easily be fixed with regular deep cleaning.

room was very clean and comfortable the only downside was three people in the room and not enough plug points there were none at all near the bed and only two spare in awquard area,s of the room , not great when we all needed to charge stuff , we had to prioritise which was very inconvienient

breakfast was expensive for the quality of it. it was ok only i have had much better quality of food at the holiday inn , no fresh mushrooms scambled egg frpm a packet . i expected better. it was cooked ok just thought a jotel of this price and quality would use more fresh ingredients especially when cheaper hotels manage it

Car park is just beside it and they give you a discount. When we arrived they couldn't find my reservation so I gave them my phone...I arrived a day early 😵‍💫 luckily they were able to give us a room. Staff were lovely and there's a lovely bar in the lobby. Very close to shops and we shopped a lot. Lots of restaurants across the street. Room was spotless. You must visit the Titanic exhibit, it was amazing.

Why are plugs over the opposite side of the room so if your battery is low you have to wait to watch in bed and then you have to get up to recharge for next day. None of that is necessary if you have a 12ft cable.

Room was a good size and beds very comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Used the pool once and there was fun, also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and food was very good. Hotel is well located and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is nitpicking really but the only thing I can criticise is that the towel changing in the room was a bit inconsistent - sometimes both were changed, sometimes neither and sometimes one was and one wasn’t.

The girl at reception was so friendly and made us feel at home straight away! The beds are so comfortable that we napped before we went out. The bar service is brilliant and the guys at reception as we left was friendly too. This place is so central we couldn't believe how close we were to so many great bars and restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay!

Funny complaint but the toilet roll holder was broken so the toilet roll kept rolling around the floor. Very awkward but it made us laugh

location to Belfast centre was excellent. Clean and comfortable room with good provisions in the room.

I picked this hotel because it had a pool but only used it once and very briefly. The water was cold unless doing vigorous swimming, the air temperature was also cool. There were no seats for relaxing around the pool and the corridor from the changing rooms to pool area were extremely slippery. it felt more like a council functional swimming pool than a relaxing leisure pool.

The location was convenient and the room itself was cozy, the steam room was amazing as well, the pool was ok but nonetheless great overall.

The same female receptionist that attended to us the time we checked in on the 8th and when we checked out on the 10th was a bit rude, her smile was fake and talked over the customer. Customer service skills need improvement. I told my wife she could just be having a bad day but for me to experience it when we checked out 2 days after, convinced me that is how she is.

We were budget traveling through Ireland and splurged on this hotel with three of us who moved ahead of our larger group to get to Belfast. We were only there one night. It is a really nice - even luxurious - hotel and what you would expect for the price. The pool and sauna was a bonus. It is not a relaxing pool - more for workouts - and the glass roof over the pool is cool. Skip breakfast at the hotel and go to Haarlem's just down the street. A treasure!

It did not have much personality. There were a lot of tour groups in the mornings setting off so the lobby was not a very relaxing place to start your day. Coffee was expensive and so - so (but the barista so nice). The staff at the front desk were pretty distracted.
