The owner is absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and it was perfect location for the center. Parking space that we could use while we stayed there too. You can't complain about the price as it was very cheap whilst being clean and having everything you needed.

It was a tight squeeze for 3 people but you get exactly what you pay for. This accommodation is perfect for people who just need somewhere to sleep.

The owner of the hotel was really lovely, friendly, chatting, really nice. She made it so pleasant. Bedding and all towels very clean, she gave us baggies of tea and coffee and milk. She helped us reserve 2 of the 4 parking spaces available as there were 10 of us staying so we could have 2 for £10 per car per day. On check out she said there weren’t many coming soon so we could leave the car there for a few hours whilst we went for breakfast etc even after check out. Lovely little rooms, did the job nicely. What u see is what u get. Location was amazing, even better than I thought it would be.

Plumbing leaves a lot to be desired. Had no hot water new years eve. Reported the problem on the way out and the next day plenty of hot water but no cold fill so shower was scalding and couldn't turn it down. Wash basin the same when turned tap to add cold the water cut off altogether.

The location is perfect for the town centre. I was attending a convention at the winter gardens. I was not in the hotel much to be honest but the room was immaculately clean, and comfy. It looked like it had been recently refurbished. Beverley the owner was so helpful. Within minutes of me booking on the website, she rang me to confirm everything and also called a couple of days before too. On arrival she was very welcoming and the check in process was faultless. A big thank you to Beverley for a wonderful stay. I will certainly be back next year. Added bonus was the car park too.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Winter Gardens and town centre. The new owners were amazing, very friendly, welcoming, helpful.

It is not really a dislike, but the hotel is dated and needs decorating etc but as the very new owner explained this would all be done over the winter.

Very nice B&B that we would stay in every time we visit blackpool this is our second time staying here. The host beverley is very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with and made sure if we had any problems to go see her straight away and made us feel welcome. The beds are extra comfy and we had plenty of tea and coffee plus extra toilet rolls giving to us upon arrival plus towels and soap in the rooms. The B&B was very quite couldn't hear anything from other occupants whilst in the room or hallways. Very clean and great value for money for a 3 day stay. All covid advice was giving to us upon arrival and is stated on signs around the B&B. Thank you for you hospitality and look forward to seeing you again sometime.

Everything was perfect no problems.

I liked it all from start to finish, bev was so welcoming, I asked for another pillow and she gave me one with no trouble what so ever, the rooms were fresh and clean, lots of toilet rolls, location amazing.. Best hotel iv stayed in in Blackpool, will definitely be booking up again. Thank you.

We had a week stay at the Fern Villa Beverly the host was really nice Our room was kept clean and tidy by Amber she refilled our teas and coffee The hotel is close to coral island

There is nothing bad to say about the hotel

The staff are lovely, they gave 100% to accommodate all our requests. 6 stayed in four rooms that were clean with tea and coffee. We all enjoyed the stay and would stay again on short visits.

No breakfast.

The new staff are so friendly

No bar, no card machine. Not a massive issue but when we booked it stated bar and I was even messaged by the so called owner. Got there and it had changed hands 3 days before. We should have been informed.
