Staff was very welcoming was always on site and ready to help, the hotel was very clean and comfortable rooms where spacious and had en-suites, kids had a brilliant time and enjoyed a few games of pool in the lounge at the evening. The hotel is in a great spot close to coral island, The beach and town centre all within 5 min walk I will definitely stay here again when we come back in the near future.

Stayed in blackpool many times with my 2 kids (13 + 15) here are our pros of the hotel: *Nice appearance modern and simple, *Great location, within 5 mins walk of coral island is always our go to area, nice and central and easy to find! *Friendly greeting by Lisa in bar, even though i didn't know what name i booked under..my bad...and resulted in tiny panic on her behalf that their was no room! Showed us how to find her for issues etc. *Room was simple and effective! This is blackpool people you are not going to get luxury but Lisa and co have done a great job, the carpet was nice and the walls were all painted no major issues! *Best bit was 3 single beds... well done! We are a family of mum 13 yr girl 15 yr boy, we do not want a single and a double, i have never found 3 singles in blackpool before so thank you Regency, and the mattresses were so comfortable!!! *Amenities: towels, soap, telly, kettle, coffee, tea, coathangers, extension lead, not many plugs so great touch with the extension! So to round up we loved the hotel best we have stayed in to date, clean and comfortable single beds!

We have no cons!

The bed was very comfortable. The shower room was a decent size. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The wifi was fairly good. The staff were all very pleasant. Check-in time was an earlier than usual 2 pm, which I appreciated as it left me enough time to go out and do things after dumping my stuff.

The layout of the room was awkward, with very little space to squeeze around the bed to get to the bathroom. It would be better with the bed against the wall instead of longways in the middle of the room. The view out the window was of dirty walls very close, and was so depressing that I kept the blind closed all the time. But that's just the nature of the streets where all the guesthouses are.

The location of the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do & everywhere we wanted to go. There was also plenty of convenience shops & take aways close by.

All the stairs up to our room. Im recovering from an operation for cancer & although I do not need any aids or help to get around I am not as mobile as I used to be & was unaware there would be so many & such steep stairs up to our room. I did not communicate this to the hotel though, I just did not think about my mobility. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Great location and super clean. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. They’d only just taken over the hotel that week but were already updating the property, it was already great and I’m sure it will only get better. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh bedding and towels and it’s in a great location, walkable to all the attractions.

There’s not much not to like, the only thing I would say is that there are lots of stairs if you’re on one of the upper floors. It was fine for us but maybe worth asking for a room on a lower floor if that’s a problem for you.

I only stayed for one night, booked at the last minute, but I would definitely stay again for longer. The room was very comfortable with everything I needed. The shower room was less cramped than en suite bathrooms often are and had natural light from a window. There were generous supplies of tea and coffee and the free wifi had excellent signal strength. The man who checked me in was very pleasant and welcoming.

The controls of the shower were a bit tricky. It was hard to get the water to stay at the same temperature.
