Breakfast was fantastic and the selection exceptional. Home made bread, well cooked breakfast and amazing hosts Rooms are a amazingly spacious, very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and set in a quiet street. Our hosts, Michael and Paul were very friendly and are very down to earth. Great hosts and super rooms. Well worth the value. Location was just about the right distance from the sea front and the main attractions.

We booked here for a one nights stay and am so glad we did we was welcomed by Michael and Paul they are both the most friendliest people you could ever meet. Michael showed us to our room we stayed in the spring room and WOW what a beautiful room it was it’s very spacious and very clean. We both booked a full English breakfast which was prepared by Paul and well what can I say apart from its fantastic and the homemade bread was amazing thank you Paul for such an amazing breakfast. We would definitely recommend here and would most definitely book here again everything is just perfect.

Liked everything about this superb 5 star guest house. Delicious breakfast made to order; cooked to perfection with A1 produce. Good selection fruit juices, teas and coffees. Excellent location in Central Blackpool, yet on a quiet road tucked away therefore, giving a peaceful nights sleep. Free off road parking, The hosts, Michael and Paul provide a welcoming 5 star professional friendly service from start to finish. Their guest house is sparkling clean! It is decorated beautifully with furniture and fittings to match. Super top quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Very well run and FAULTLESS! There was not a single thing to complain about. Can fully recommend.

Fab-u-lous.....what a great place to stay.. We stayed one night for a show in Blackpool. FourRooms is a well presented, friendly, well hosted place to stay. We were welcomed into the hotel by Michael and introduced to his partner Paul, both were extremely friendly and warm. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was fabulously decorated and equiped, ever little detail has been thought about. The room itself was beautiful, immaculately clean, furnished to a very high standard and had everything you could want from a hotel room, including fridge, a wide selection of tea and coffee, toiletries in the bathroom and even ear plugs for a light sleeper. The bed, a super king, was comfortable and spacious, and we both slept well. Breakfast, made by Paul, was delicious, full English with fresh home made bread, options for other breakfast were also available, as well as cereals, juices and teas, coffees, definitely satisfied the appetite. We cannot recommend the hotel enough, we will most definitely come back when visiting Blackpool again. Thank you Michael & Paul for a lovely stay. More

Four Rooms is an exceptional B&B in Blackpool. Michael and Paul work extremely hard to make every aspect of your stay the best it can be, resulting in a 5* experience. Their home is immaculately maintained throughout with tasteful decor and stylish furnishings. The Spring room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The en-suite continued the luxury with a lovely walk in shower. Refreshments in the room were many, varied and of high quality. Breakfast was of a very high standard. Lovely food, well presented and the home baked Parmesan and sun dried tomato bread was absolutely delicious! Added to the above, Michael and Paul are two of the nicest hosts I have ever met. Several times during our stay I forgot I was actually in a B&B rather than a friends house! All in all a 5* experience.

Our whole experience in this outstanding 5star B&B was absolutely fabulous. Amazing full English, poached eggs cooked to perfection, thankyou Paul. Accommodation pure firstclass. M&P, the most beautiful people and hosts. Already looking forward to returning next year.

My first but definitely not my last stay at Four Rooms!  Every feature in this accommodation has been meticulously & lovingly thought about in great detail to provide a spotless, luxurious home from home.  Amazing quality breakfast cooked by Paul at my chosen time and my packed lunch was freshly made, packed in a cool bag and ready for me to pick up on my way out.  The owners, Michael and Paul are two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet,  nothing was too much trouble for them and by the time I left, I felt as though I'd known them for years.  Do not hesitate in booking this accommodation, you won't regret it

That I had to leave

We were met by Michael who made us feel very welcome. Allowing us to park at 11am so we could enjoy an early start. Our room the 'Summer Room' was absolutely beautiful, I actually said 'Wow' when I entered the room, that was before I saw our en-suite with the stand-alone bath and waterfall shower. Attention to detail in the room meant we had everything from a mini-fridge to a bedside stand for our mobiles. The king-size bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Paul made our breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. With the option of homemade parmesan bread. The accommodation is about 5 mins walk from Blackpool tower in a quiet street. All in all we had a lovely stay and we would certainly return. 5 stars from us!!

Nothing at all to dislike

The Breakfast was one of the best ones I have ever had.... You can tell the ingredients are top quality and cooked to perfection. There is everything you could want 4 different types of home baked breads and Michael was on hand to serve your every need.
